However, an autopsy determines the pedophile’s death was accidental. However, Paul is horrified that Billy Mayhem (Daniel Brocklebank) actually thought he committed murder. It could end up destroying Paul and Billy’s relationship.

Corrie spoilers reveal that when Paul learns that a body was found in the canal and it is Kel, he will act suspiciously. He seems distressed about the discovery, Kel’s death or perhaps it just brings up the memories of the abuse. However, Billy will end up thinking that Paul could have murdered the pedophile after being questioned by police. When Paul admits being glad that someone killed Kel, the police say that they never mentioned anything about the murder.

Later, Paul and Billy will learn that Kel actually was not murdered. All the evidence points to it being an accidental death. While they are both relieved that Paul isn’t suspected of murder, Billy’s reaction will start a new issue.

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Billy is a bit too relieved that Kel wasn’t killed. His reaction makes Paul realize that Billy actually thought that he was guilty of murdering Kel. It is understandable why Billy feared that Paul took permanent action against his abuser.

He was acting off after finding out a body was discovered in the canal. When he learned the dead man was his abuser, Paul was distressed and walked away. Then, Billy found him coping with the situation with alcohol. Plus, there was Paul making the “killer” comment to the police when there was no mention of the man being murdered.

Paul Foreman Destroyed

Even though Billy’s assumption makes sense to viewers, that is not what Paul is seeing in his mind. The fact that Billy thought he was guilty and capable of murder is devastating to him. In Paul’s mind, it means that Billy doesn’t really know him as well as he should. Paul feels like Billy doesn’t trust him, doesn’t believe him, and doesn’t know his character. Paul will feel a bit betrayed.

Previous spoilers hinted that Billy and Paul’s relationship will hit troubled waters. So, could this destroy the couple or will they be able to find a way to overcome this situation?
