Coronation Street Spoilers – Questions And Suspicions

Billy realizes how much Paul is struggling with the situation when he finds him guzzling booze. Then, the police ask Paul questions about Kel. When he shares that it’s not surprising that someone killed Kel, it sparks suspicion. This is because the police never released how the man died and never mentioned anything about a murder to Paul. He just made himself a prime suspect in the murder case.

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Paul will continue to struggle and Billy tries to get him to open up. He asks Paul why he thinks Kel was murdered and if he had anything to do with his abuser’s death. The questioning sets him off and Paul lashes out at Billy, then gets defensive.

While Paul’s behavior is suspicious, it is later explained that Kel’s death was ruled an accident. So, the police aren’t going to continue investigating because as far as the evidence shows, no crime has been committed. As long as there isn’t any reason for them to think otherwise, of course.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Downward Spiral

When Billy learns that Kel’s death has been determined to be accidental, he is visibly relieved. Paul is thankful that he isn’t being looked at as a possible killer, but something else is troubling him. When he sees Billy react to the cause of death, Paul is ripped apart that Billy would actually think he committed murder. This could cause some conflict for the two characters and might set Paul back down on a downward spiral.
