Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) and Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) will face another setback as they try to stop the publication of a true crime book about the latter’s husband, John Stape (Graham Hawley). Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) will find that Fiz and Tyrone hid a stack of books about his serial killer father. How will she react?

Fans know that an author has written a book about Fiz’s ex and murderous husband, John. Hope knows that a book will be published about his father, but Tyrone and Fiz are trying to keep the gruesome details of John’s crimes from her. Tyrone tries to stop people from reading it by buying all the books from the local bookshop And bringing them home. When Hope returns, Tyrone panics and tries to distract her so Fiz can hide the books.

But Hope eventually finds them in the outhouse. How will she react when she finds the books hidden away? Will she take one and read it? If she does, how will she deal with knowing what her father has done?

Before Hope discovers the books, Tyrone will find himself in hot water. It all starts when Fiz meets with Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson), and they talk about taking Hope’s name off the book. During their meeting, Tyrone comes across a Q&A session with the true crime book’s author. He’s unable to hold back his anger when the author suggested that Fiz was complicit in John’s murders. He heads to the stage and knocks the microphone out of the author’s hand. The police arrive and arrest Tyrone.

Later on, Adam tells Fiz that Tyrone has been arrested after he assaulted the author of the book. Fiz begs the journalist not to file charges, which the latter agrees to. The author won’t press charges, so Tyrone gets released. However, the video of his violent outburst created a lot of publicity, which caused the release of the book to move earlier than expected.
