The Van Der Beek Squad Is Ready

James and his wife Kimberly Van Der Beek share five kids together: Olivia, 8, Joshua, 7, Annabel 5, Emilia 3, and Gwendolyn, 14 months. Kimberly shared a cute clip of the kids chanting, “Daddy, daddy, daddy!” as they watched their father appear on Good Morning America.

James must have seen the clip because he posted an Instagram story of him expressing just how much he misses his family back at home. “All I can think about is I miss my kids, which is a good thing!” he shared, while also captioning the shot, “Been away from my kids for literally 11.5 hours.”

James’ First Reality Television Show!

Aww! This will be the first time that James Van Der Beek will be competing on a reality competition show. Before James became a household name thanks to both Dawson’s Creek and One Tree Hill, he appeared on both Guiding Light and As The World Turns.
