Days of our Lives (DOOL) news reveals that congratulations are in order for Jessica Serfaty who plays Sloan Petersen on the soap: she is engaged to be married to her boyfriend Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio. Leonardo is the heir to EssilorLuxottica and the owner of Ray-Ban.

In an exclusive by the New York Post, the business man asked the actress to be his bride while the two were on vacation at the Borgo Santandrea Luxury Hotel on Italy’s Amafi coast. They also describe Del Vecchio, who is 28, as one of the world’s youngest billionaires.

Serfaty said, “yes” during a weekend meal at the seaside restaurant Conca del Sogno. Serfaty is a “America’s Next Top Model” alum and her credits include the films “The Ride” and “Roe v. Wade.”

According to the outlet a source revealed that the gorgeous and talented pair are “happier than ever, and so in love with each other.”

When Del Vecchio’s father, Leonardo Sr., died last year he reportedly left $3.5 billion to each of his six children.

Jessica’s fiancé’s worth is said to be worth $3.8 billion. He works for his family’s Luxottica Group SpA, which own Oakley, LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, Persol, and Oliver Peoples, and produces eyewear for designer brands like Chanel, Prada and Versace.

The outlet reports that Del Vecchio’s first wife was Anna Castellini Baldisserra. They married in June 2022 and divorced six months later.

Serfaty was romantically linked to “Gossip Girl” star Ed Westwick and was engaged “to Firefly CEO Kaan Gunay in 2019, dated YouTuber Logan Paul, and was previously linked to One Direction star Niall Horan.” She has one son from a previous relationship.

The inside source spilled that Del Vecchio and Serfaty met in 2017 at the Cannes Film Festival: “They were always friends and in touch, but in other relationships so never acted on their attraction.

They reconnected not too long ago after both of their other relationships ended. The timing was perfect for them and they instantly fell in love after a long friendship.”

In May the loved-up couple were spotted at the F1 Grand Prix weekend in Monaco, and after Del Vecchio takes “delivery on a multimillion dollar Mangusta 165 REV mega yacht in two weeks,” the engaged couple “will spend the rest of the summer vacationing up and down the coast of Italy.”
