Days of Our Lives Spoilers And Recap Monday, October 14: Tony Takes Over Dimera – Marlena And John Are Concerned

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Monday, October 14, 2019, reveals Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) walks in to find Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) wearing a birthday surprise for him.

DOOL Recap – Nicole Walker Questions Eric Brady

Eric and Nicole are making out when Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) knocks on the door. Nicole thinks she will go away but Marlena begins to come inside. Marlena offers to leave after giving Eric his birthday cake. Nicole asks Marlena to stay. Marlena updates Eric on Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes).

Marlena asks if Eric has spoken to Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) lately. Marlena can see how happy Eric is but wonders if Sarah has gotten over hers for him. Eric thinks about Sarah and mentions that he thought she was pregnant. Marlena says her goodbyes and leaves Eric realizes something it bothering Nicole. Nicole wonders what Eric would have done if Sarah was pregnant. Nicole points out that Eric loved Sarah but walked away for her. Eric didn’t love Sarah as deeply has he does Nicole. Eric loves Nicole and nothing will change that.

Days Of Our Lives Recap – Tony DiMera Shocks Anna DiMera

Days of Our Lives Tony Dimera (Thaao Penghlis) is with Anna Dimera (Leanne Hunley) are together. Anna is glad they have had this time together. Anna wants Tony to propose, he says he can’t. Tony won’t propose with a used ring. Tony wants Anna to be patient. Anna goes shopping, Tony vows to get a job. Tony cannot let Anna take care of him. Anna meets with Roman and gives him the engagement ring to Roman. Roman wonders why Anna is giving him the ring. Anna explains that Tony wants to buy his own. Tony tells Anna he got a job as CEO of Dimera Enterprises.

DOOL Recap – Roman Brady Visits Kate Roberts

Days of Our Lives Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) brings Kate Roberts Dimera (Lauren Koslow) flowers. Kate has Roman throw the ones Dr. Rolf (William Utay) gave her. Roman asks if Kate thinks Rolf saved her. Roman tells Kate that Gabi Dimera (Camilla Banus) donated Stefan Dimera’s (Brandon Barash) heart to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). Roman wonders how Julie will react to having Stefan’s heart. Kate wonders why Julie wasn’t proactive like her.

Kate says Kristen is after Dimera. Roman tells Kate that Kristen has her heart set on Brady. Tony visits Kate at the hospital and tells her he just found out about Stefan. Tony tells Kate about Mr. Shin’s (Michael Hagiwara) phone call. Tony has no interest in running the company but he refuses to live off Anna’s money. Kate tells Tony he isn’t qualified for the job. Kate calls Mr. Shin and tells him she doesn’t need Tony to take over. Kate is stunned when Shin says Tony took the CEO job.

Days of Our Lives Recap – Hope Brady  Is Acting Very Strange

Days of Our Lives Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) starts to remember her encounter with Dr. Rolf. Hope seems almost in a trance when John Black (Drake Hogestyn) asks her about Julie. Hope tells John she is exhausted. Hope thought she heard a voice in the chapel. John suggests Hope heard the voice of God. John and Hope talk about Julie’s rosary. Hope tells John about Rolf finding the rosary. Hope tells John that Kayla wants Rolf gone from the hospital.

John and Hope talk about things Rolf has done in the past. Marlena arrives and she and John invite Hope to supper with them. Hope agrees to go to supper with them. Rolf walks through the square as Hope arrives and she stops him. Hope thinks Rolf for returning the rosary. Rolf quickly leaves. Hope excuses herself from supper. John offers to drive Hope home and she refuses.

DOOL  Xander Cook Rethinks His Decision

Days of Our Lives Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) gives Rolf an envelope to give to Eric. Xander doesn’t think Eric will ever leave Nicole. Rolf tells Xander his services don’t come cheap. Rolf questions what it’s worth to Xander. Xander has a fantasy about him and Sarah together. Xander tells Rolf to name his price.

Xander wants Rolf to pretend to have found the test results. Rolf wants Xander to find him another lab for his special project. Xander promises Rolf a lab at Titan. Xander thinks about his decision and begins to regret it. Xander doesn’t believe Eric would ever leave Nicole. Xander decides to stop Rolf and tries to call him. Nicole answers the door to Rolf before Xander gets in touch with him.
