Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Battle For Titan Is On – Will Phillip Stop Brady From Destroying The Kiriakis Legacy?

NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that the Kiriakis family will see a major comeback when Phillip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) returns to canvas this summer. The new DOOL summer promos prominently featured Phillip, as he was standing in the Kiriakis living room being greeted happily by his dad Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). It’s been a while since Phillip was home in Salem, and it will be interesting to see what brought him home.

Of course, Phillip may have come to check in on his father. After all, Victor was recently the victim of a stabbing at the hands of Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), and Phillip might have something to say to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) about that since Brady allowed Kristen to run off while she was wanted for the crime.

In fact, one wonders whether Phillip and Brady will be at odds with each other right off the bat, and even if they aren’t, Phillip will probably wonder why Brady would want to be CEO of Titan at this point. As DOOL viewers know, Brady insisted that Victor fire Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) from the CEO spot and reinstate him. Victor really had no choice but to comply after what he did to Brady via the baby swap.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Brady Black’s Ulterior Motive

Of course, Brady has some ulterior motives for wanting to be Titan’s CEO. Victor isn’t privy to this, but Brady recently shared with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) that his plan was to get back at the helm of Titan, then tear the company apart from the inside out and destroy Victor’s legacy. Brady knows that Titan is Victor’s first love, and he wants to destroy something Victor loves, just like Victor helped destroy his life.

But for Brady to succeed in his plan to destroy Titan, he basically needs to be able to run the company unencumbered. But he’ll have Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) there keeping an eye on what’s going on, which could prove to be an impediment to Brady’s plans. And then there’s the Phillip factor. Who knows, maybe Phillip will demand an executive position at Titan – after all, it’s his birthright.

If Phillip works alongside Brady at Titan, then he could notice if Brady makes some strange business moves. In fact, it could turn into a situation where Phillip ends up interfering with Brady’s big plan and stopping him from bringing Titan down. We could see a game of cat and mouse between Brady and Philip as this unfolds and Phillip tries to figure out what’s motivating Brady’s odd business decisions.

Phillip could inadvertently become Victor’s eyes and ears in Titan as Brady sets out to ruin the empire. And if that’s the case, then Phillip and Brady could wind up in a bitter battle over the company. Bring the battle on – it would be great drama to watch Phillip and Brady go to war over the future of Titan!
