You would think that in a time like this when persons are making announcements about their health that it would be somewhat coronavirus related. Luckily for Days of Our Lives alum, Patrika Darbo (ex-Nancy Wesley) her current health is not related to the virus.

Darbo via her Instagram account shared a picture of her in a patient’s attire at the St. Joe’s Hospital in Burbank. She was keen on informing her followers that she does not have corona. In fact, her recent visit to the hospital was due to a bleeding ulcer. In her post, she wrote, “St. Joe’s hospital in Burbank.

NO CORONA. A bleeding ulcer yippee!!! Should be home today. Y’all stay safe and home.. self quarantine. Thank you to everyone. I’m good you stay that way too.”

Her soap colleagues were quick to respond with well wishes. Courtney Hope who plays Darbo’s grand-niece, Sally Spectra on The Bold and the Beautiful wrote, “Stay safe! I love you!!”. Other stars commenting included Martha Madison (ex-Elizabeth, GH and Belle, DAYS) who said, “Love you. Feel better soon. Xo” and Kristian Alfonso (Hope Brady, DAYS) who said, “Feel better” and Kate Linder (Esther Valentine, The Young and the Restless) said, “feel better soon”.

Darbo was branded with a smile while sharing a picture with her in a hospital room. She is also known for playing the role of Shirley Spectra on B&B. Just about a year ago or more, she left the CBS daytime drama. She continues to rally around her soap colleagues near and far. No wonder, they were quick to post well wishes on her Instagram account.

She has a very impactful and impressive acting resume. She is even starring on the Emmy award-winning web series, The Bay as Mickey Walker. Darbo also was a part of the new web series called Studio City where she plays Violet. In both of her web series, she can continue to connect with her soap fans as some of them are also a part of the cast.
