DOOL Spoilers – Nicole Walker Brady’s Jealousy

Nicole admitted she was developing feelings for Rafe. However, he refused to go there due to her being a married woman. He suggested that Nicole was probably just really missing Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and was confusing those feelings. She accepted his answer, but still feels like the friendship is much more than that.

We have also seen Nicole get jealous of Ava’s romance. Even though Rafe does sense some jealousy, he isn’t aware that it’s a romantic type of jealousy. Instead, he thinks it’s just Nicole’s way of trying to warn Rafe that Ava isn’t the right woman for him.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Gering admitted that Rafe’s feelings for Nicole do surface occasionally. One example is when Rafe questions Nicole about what she’s doing hanging out with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). Rafe has to stop and ask himself why he’s asking those questions or why he suddenly feels a certain way. With that being said, Nicole is not available, so she is off-limits as far as Rafe is concerned.

DOOL Spoilers – Avoiding Complications

When asked why Rafe doesn’t admit those feelings to Nicole or himself, Gering had a simple explanation.

“He doesn’t want to even let himself go there. You know how if the car goes veering into another lane, you’re like, ‘No, no, get back over there.’ I think that’s where he’s at. He doesn’t want to complicate things on that level.”
