Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Sami And Lucas Arrive In Salem- Will’s Tumor Continues To Get Worse

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo) will arrive in Salem in Tuesday, June 18th’s Days of Our Lives episode, having been called by their mothers to let them know that their son Will Horton (Chandler Massey) is near death from a brain tumor determined to be a side effect of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) amnesia serum.

Although his care team has Rolf’s diary now, thanks to Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) wanting to be a hero to Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and her mother Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), there is little time to try to create an antidote from the serum, which has already been resynthesized. Then there is the chance the antidote may not work; so Sami and Lucas’ son may have only precious days left to live!

This is going to be hard on Sami and Lucas, since they had to endure Will being taken by death before, several years ago thanks to Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) in his “Necktie Killer” days.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: One Of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s Serums Brought Will Horton Back To Life

Luckily, Rolf and one of his serums brought Will back to life, and he was later discovered in San Francisco living with Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk). Susan Banks of course has been another woman who Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) has impersonated over the years as Days of Our Lives viewers will recall.

Will was alive, but like Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) had amnesia and that was when Rolf’s amnesia serum was used on him when he was brought back to Salem – but he stole the bottle with the last bit of it and overdosed himself, impatient to remember everything! It did work, but now he has a brain tumor that is killing him.

DOOL Spoilers: Could The Serum Have Caused The Brain Tumor

It is possible that the overdose of the serum rather than the serum itself caused the tumor, but hard to prove medically. Even the serum causing the tumor is an educated guess, since it was found in biopsy tissue.

Hopefully the antidote will be formulated in time for Will to try it, and hopefully it will work to reverse or eradicate the brain tumor, but there are no guarantees!
