Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Single and Alone, Who Will Comfort Chad After Abby Vanishes?

NBC Days of Our Lives (DOOL spoilers tease that Abby DiMera (Kate Mansi) will soon vanish without a trace, leaving her husband Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) suddenly alone and with two children to raise to by himself just as he was once again named the CEO of Dimera Industries.

While Chad has been trying to take the CEO position from Gabi Hernandez (Camilla Banus) for several months now, Abby’s disappearance may make it a bittersweet win. Where could Abby be? Has she met with some sort of foul play while getting medical treatment for the hallucinations she began having after she was mysteriously drugged? Or did she leave of her own accord, not wanting Chad to have to deal with the return of her mental illness? One thing will become apparent as time goes on, and that’s it seems like Abby is gone for good.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Abby DiMera’s Hallucinations Continue

The drug is out of Abby’s system finally, but the hallucinations didn’t stop. It seems as though the drug permanently altered Abby’s brain chemistry so that she will continue seeing things that aren’t there and will eventually seek inpatient treatment. While Chad initially accuses Gabi of drugging Abigail, she is actually innocent this time.

Days of Our Lives updates reveal It seems more and more likely that Vivian Alamaine (Louise Sorel) will eventually be revealed as the culprit. Vivian likely wants to make Abby suffer for the harm her relationship with Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash) caused when Abigail was suffering from DID. Although Abbigail wasn’t in her right mind at the time, Stefan was incredibly hurt when Abigail’s personalities integrated, leaving no trace of the “Gabby” persona that had a love affair with Stefan.

Stefan didn’t live very long after that, although he did fall in love and get married to the real Gabi before he died saving Vivian’s life. It seems very likely that Vivian wants revenge on Abigail, although she has apparently abandoned her usual MO of burying her enemies alive.

Regardless, Abigail will soon disappear completely after being committed once more, although it’s unclear if Vivian is responsible for Abby’s mysterious disappearance. Chad will move heaven and earth to locate his missing wife, to no avail. Eventually, Chad may have to face the fact that Abby may no longer be alive. It will be devastating, but Chad has two children to raise and a company to run, so eventually, he will have to accept that Abby isn’t coming back any time soon.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Perhaps Sarah Horton Will Step Up

As viewers may have noticed, Chad and Abigail were recently discussing Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and the fact that she took off with the daughter she believed was hers until the truth about the baby swap came out. While Abby had sympathy for Sarah, Chad believed Sarah’s actions were inexcusable. Add that to the fact that Sarah is hiding out in Chad and Abigail’s apartment in Paris without their knowledge, it seems likely Sarah and Chad’s paths will soon cross. And at least at first, they won’t get along.

DOOL Spoilers – Sarah Horton Is At Loose Ends

Sarah will be at a crossroads once she gives Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) her baby back. Not only has she lost her daughter, but she has broken up with Xander Cook (Paul Tefler) and her relationship with her mother Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) will be strained because Sarah now knows that Maggie’s drunk-driving was the reason her real baby died. Sarah will find herself quite alone so perhaps she will offer to help Chad with his kids now he’s trying to raise them alone.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Chad DiMera Won’t Likely Want Sarah Horton’s Help At Least At First, She Is Technically A Kidnapper Now

Given that Chad had no sympathy for Sarah’s actions and used his Paris apartment without his knowledge, he likely won’t want the woman who he considers a kidnapper anywhere near his children. But as the stress of running Dimera Industries, looking for Abigail, and trying to take of his children will overwhelm him, he might finally relent and let Sarah help him. But will this newfound arrangement eventually lead to a romance between them? Both of them will be lonely and they might be exactly what each other needs right now!
