Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Victoria Konefal Spills On Devil’s Desire For Ciara’s Baby

Days Of Our Lives spoilers hint that Ciara, portrayed by Victoria Konefal, and Ben, played by Robert Scott Wilson, will hold onto their super-couple spotlight. Known as “Cin,” the couple has taken a key role in the devil’s reign in Salem. But can Cin’s baby survive unscathed by the demon?

Victoria recently served up a sneak peek of what the future holds for Ciara and Ben. Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Victoria Konefal Gambles On DOOL 

Days Of Our Lives producers have given Victoria Konefal an unusual opportunity in the soap opera world. And in return, the DOOL star has done all she can to turn Ciara into a charismatic, compelling character. As for all those rumors swirling about why Victoria left the show and then returned? Konefal filled in the blanks in a recent interview, , per Soaps.

When Victoria’s two-year Days Of Our Lives contract ended, Konefal wanted to experiment with other opportunities. “As much as I love and appreciate being on the show, personally, I needed more,” explained the DOOL star. But at the same time, Victoria wanted to hold onto her role as Ciara.

As a result, Konefal gambled on Days Of Our Lives. She now recalls telling her team that she wanted freedom to audition for other roles. “Guys, I know this is a risky move,” she admitted. “But I want to be free for a little.” That led to Ciara getting killed off temporarily, opening the door to her future return. 

DOOL Spoilers – How COVID Impacted Victoria Konefal

Just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Victoria set out to try other roles. And she expressed gratitude to the Days Of Our Lives producers for keeping her role available rather than recasting. “They didn’t want to compromise mine and Rob’s chemistry together and what I can bring to the show. And so they were very sweet and lenient,” praised Konefal. 

But then came the COVID-19 lockdown. As a result, rather than auditioning, Victoria had to stay at home. Then came the call from the Days of Our Lives producers, offering her the chance to return to her role as Ciara. However, Konefal gambled again, wanting to hold onto her freedom while still returning to her Salem home. 

“It was interesting coming back,” recalled Victoria. “They wanted to lock me down on contract because they didn’t want to lose me. Because God forbid I book something else. But ultimately, they wanted to keep me as much as they could.”

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – The Devil Wants Ciara’s And Ben’s Baby!

At this point, Victoria officially can audition while holding onto her recurring role as Ciara. Konefal emphasized that she has promised to do all she can to keep the Days Of Our Lives plot flowing smoothly without any noticeable interruptions. “I’m not going to let them down, and I’m going to work harder than I ever have,” vowed Victoria.

And the actress also spilled on what the future holds for Ben’s and Ciara’s demonic baby plot. Excited about her role in the story-line featuring the possession of Marlena, Konefal gushed about her story arc. “The devil is after me,” exclaimed the DOOL star. 

But could the devil harm her unborn baby? Victoria offered reassurance. “The devil is keeping me safe because it wants my baby,” insisted the actress. “I’m so excited about the storyline. I can’t wait for the fans to see what happens because we’re filming so far ahead, and it gets really unpredictable and crazy.”
