Alaskan Bush People News: Bear Brown Remembers Billy On His 69th Birthday

Alaskan Bush People (ABP) star Bear Brown was always quick to take to social media on the occasion of his dad, Billy’s birthday. Actually, he always wrote long and loving tributes to dad while he was alive. However, this year he had to write in memory of his dad who passed away in February this year. Billy would have turned 69 years old.

In 2018, when Billy turned 66, Bear posted up a particularly nice tribute to his dad. At the time, he said, “If not for him I would not be the same person that I am today. He has taught me to always stand up for what I believe in! To never lie cheat or steal! To always put others above myself! To never give up! And to always try my hardest!” Additionally, he talked about Billy as being  a “living legend.” Well, even in death he actually is something of a legend, and Billy’s grandson River probably reminds Bear of his dad every day. They could be peas in a pod.

Alaskan Bush People star Bear Brown and his girl Raiven Adams became engaged in 2019. However, they split numerous times. Actually, while Billy was still alive, Bear and Raiven went through a bitter custody dispute. However, they made up their differences a few months ago. Now, fans see that they again became engaged. Or at least, Bear hinted at it very strongly. Perhaps the death of Billy made them realize that life is too short to waste when love is involved. Actually, in this year’s tribute, Bear talked about his family and about Raiven.

Alaskan Bush People – Billy’s 69th Birthday

On Friday, December 3, Bear took to his Instagram and wrote his usual long tribute to his dad. He said, “Today would have been Da’s 69th birthday! It’s impossible to describe the empty feeling without him! I am very lucky however to have the rest of my family by my side and to have my lovely lady and son with me!” Then he talked about how his father is “in a better place now with no more pain!” Next, he reminisced about the last thing his dad said to him.

The Alaskan Bush People star recalled that Bily told him, “how proud he was of me and I sarcastically was like I don’t see why? My dad obviously knew I was joking, I do wish I was more serious though! Happy Birthday Da I love and miss you! Forever my hero!” Naturally, a lot of Discovery fans also commented on the post about Billy’s birthday.
