Days Of Our Lives Spoilers Week Of December 28: Anna Calls Out Gwen – Chloe & Brady Kiss – Jake & Kate’s Blowup

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview for the week of December 28-January 1 teases that in Salem some exciting moments are ahead on the NBC soap. DOOL’s extended weekly promo promises that, “Two will live in terror, two will have some fun, two are reunited and two will come undone.” Let’s break this down so you’ll know which Days couples the voiceover’s talking about.

For starters, let’s discuss the two that’ll live in terror. Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will spend a little more time enjoying their newborn twins in the week ahead. The happy couple will select names for their babies and fill Abe Carver (James Reynolds) in, but terror is indeed brewing for Eli and Lani.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say a mysterious figure will sneak in the hospital and steal the babies from the nursery. Although Lani and Eli may not find out until the following week, the promo might be skipping ahead to their impending fearful freak-out.

As for the two that’ll have some fun, that may be Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). They’ll enjoy making Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) jealous at the New Year’s Eve party in the coming week.

There’ll also be a platonic kiss between Brady and Chloe – at least they’ll tell themselves it’s platonic. In reality, there may be more lingering feelings under the surface that Chloe and Brady would like to admit. However, Chloe obviously has some lingering feelings for Philip as well.

During a warm moment, Philip will confess he has a hard time saying no to Chloe with those eyes. There’ll be some flirting going on, but things will take a surprising turn once Chloe overhears Philip on a phone call. It’ll become clear to Chloe that Philip’s in over his head with a money laundering scheme and the mob!

DOOL Spoilers – Abigail DiMera Put Clues Together

Over with Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller), she’ll put the clues together and realize Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) is the guy who’s sleeping with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). Jake will try to laugh it off as a ridiculous idea initially, but he’ll come clean sooner or later.

That’ll leave Abigail on a mission to tell Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain), who’ll reconcile with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) afterward. This takes care of the “two are reunited” portion of the promo, so Jack and Jenn fans should be pleased about that.

As for Jake and Kate, they’ll have a huge fight once the truth about their romance comes out. Jake will feel like Kate’s embarrassed of him, so they’ll have to talk through their issues and find a way forward. Kate and Jake will soon make their relationship official, so it’ll all work out in the end – at least until Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) decides to show back up.

Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) will also spend some lovey-dovey moments with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), but she’ll make time to sound the Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) alarm, too. “She’s a psycho obsessed with your family,” Anna warns Abigail in the extended weekly preview video. “The question is: Why?”

Abigail will go on the hunt for evidence in Gwen’s bedroom with Anna’s help – and it’ll lead to a shocking discovery that incriminates Gwen. Unfortunately, Gwen will be busy manipulating Chad into thinking Abigail reserved a room at the Salem Inn – and not for her husband! Chad will show up in a suite that sets the mood for romance, so he’ll assume Jake and Abigail are indeed having an affair.

Gwen will plant a kiss on Chad after he drinks plenty of Champagne from the room. There’s the potential for Chad and Gwen to take this even further since the alcohol will be flowing and they’ll be on a bed. Whatever the case, heartbroken and furious Chad will fall right into a trap set by Gwen.

Abigail will search frantically for Chad as the week wraps up, so Chad and Gwen should both have some explaining to do! We’ll give you updates as other Days news comes in.
