Casey Elliott Talks Destined At Christmas On Great American Family

Great American Christmas officially launches on Friday, October 21 and will feature new, original festive movies on Great American Family. One of these heartfelt films is Destined at Christmas, starring Casey Elliott and Shae Robins. Meanwhile, the movie will air alongside 17 other Christmas movies on Great American Family. Casey Elliott talks Destined at Christmas on Great American Family

Set to premiere on Saturday, October 22 on Great American Family, Destined at Christmas stars Casey Elliott and Shae Robins in the lead. Digital Journal caught up with Elliott to find out more about his role in part of the Great American Christmas programming event.

As fans know, the Great American Christmas programming event also sees other festive movies from the past airing every night. Casey said he thinks this is the first movie he has made that has aired on Great American Family. Meanwhile, he said he is very impressed with the network, adding:

I like how active they are and the content is great.

When asked about being a part of the experience, Elliott said it was great. In fact, he added that as his daughter says, “It was nice.” Moreover, Casey is starring with his real-life daughter in the movie, which is a first for him, adding:

It was a lot of fun and a lot of good memories. It was also really fun to work with Shae, who is a long-time friend.

Acting in the digital age

Elliott also spoke of acting in the digital age, saying technology and streaming give more access to new projects, adding that there are more opportunities. Moreover, he added that success, for him, was “family success, first and foremost.” He added:

The relationships with my wife and my kids, and being a part of good projects.

Speaking of his latest project, Destined at Christmas, he added that Christmas moves are all about feeling good and that is why they are so popular. Casey added,

This is content that everybody can feel good after watching.
