GAC Family To Launch Great American Community Streaming Service This Fall

GAC Media announced on Tuesday that the new streaming service will feature lifestyle, holiday and seasonal content from some of its biggest stars.

It seems there is no stopping Bill Abbott, president and CEO of GAC Media. Besides nabbing some of Hallmark’s biggest stars, the company is now launching a new, ad-supported video app dubbed Great American Community, coming this September. Here, viewers will be able to stream short-form seasonal, holiday and lifestyle content with some of GAC Family’s biggest stars. Naturally, these include Danica McKellar, Cameron Mathison, Debbie Matenopoulos and more.

GAC Media Spoilers – To Launch New Streaming Service

As noted by Lost Remote, GAC Media President and CEO Bill Abbott, made the announcement on Tuesday. He said that since launching GAC Family original programming last October, fans have been asking for more. He says they want more opportunities to engage with their “roster of talent,” and that this is the best idea for their business.

“Great American Community will serve as a stand-alone app delivering a completely new experience for consumers hungry for trusted, family-friendly content that is relevant to their lives. We’re thrilled to be rolling out the app in time for the fall season, and look forward to working closely with brand partners as we offer this groundbreaking opportunity to align with our talent and connect with GAC’s passionate fans.”

GAC Family Spoilers – What Can We Expect From Great American Community?

The new service launches well in time for the holiday season. Meanwhile, it will feature programming related to cooking, baking, home and gardening, fashion, health and wellness from experts in their fields. Readers can expect to see experts including Kym Douglas, Shirley Bovshow, Larissa Wohl and Maria Provenzano. Other experts include Lawrence Zarian, Amber Kemp-Gerstell, Toya Boudy, Jamie Tarence, Emily Hutchinson, Mahaila McKellar and more.

Besides the top experts in their fields, stars from GAC Family’s hit movies will also feature on the new platform. These will include Jill Wagner, Jen Lilley, Trevor Donovan and more. In fact, more A-list talent will be announced for Great American Community in the coming months.

GAC Giving And Caring

Meanwhile, Great American Community will also host GAC Giving and Caring, a new digital series. This will focus on how GAC Family stars raise awareness of important causes and encourage fans to get involved in giving back to their communities. Meanwhile, Candace Cameron Bure recently signed a deal with GAC to help develop “heartwarming family and faith-filled programming” for the network.

Of course, GAC family is also the channel to watch such classic sitcoms as I Dream of Jeannie, Bewitched, Silver Spoons, Full House and Fuller House.
