Lori Loughlin Stars In Fall Into Winter On Great American Family

Former When Calls the Heart and When Hope Calls star Lori Loughlin is set to star in her first original romantic comedy movie, Fall Into Winter. Lori Loughlin in Fall Into Winter On Great American Family

A new movie has been announced by Great American Family, starring Lori Loughlin in her first movie for the feel-good network. Meanwhile, the romantic comedy movie is titled Fall Into Winter and is set to premiere in January 2023 during the network’s annual winter programming event. Production on the movie begins on October 23, 2022. Moreover, the new project comes after Lori’s reprisal of her role of Abigail Stanton in the When Hope Calls Christmas special last year.

When announcing the movie today, Bill Abbott, President and CEO of Great American Media spoke of Loughlin. He said in a statement:

Lori is a genre-defining star that I have had the honor to call a close friend and collaborator for more than 15 years.

We have a shared vision for creating meaningful and memorable movies that resonate with our passionate fans, and I look forward to welcoming her back to Great American Family to anchor our 2023 winter programming slate.

What is the movie about?

The plot of Fall Into Winter sees Keely (Lori Loughlin) aghast after her brother sells his half of their family-owned, upscale candy shop. Even worse, he has sold it to his best friend from high school and Keely’s nemesis, Brooks. She is forced to urgently find connection and common ground. Meanwhile, Keely has been hurt before, and change is her new nemesis.

However, Brooks’ past is a mirror image of Keely’s, as he also has a fortress around his heart. Through the sale of the candy shop, fate brings the couple together. However, could it also offer them new beginnings?

The new, original romantic comedy movie is executive produced by Brad Krevoy and Susia Belzberg Krevoy. Meanwhile, David Anselmo produces the movie for HP Into Winter Productions. The script of the Lori Loughlin movie was penned by Cara. J. Russell.

Pictured in those images were Candace Cameron Bure, Lilley herself, Andrea Barber and Lori Loughlin. At first, it was theorized that the beautiful ladies would be starring in a Christmas movie together.
