General Hospital Spoielrs – Who Was Tanner Scofield?

From 1990-1992, viewers saw Tanner on their television screens. His mother committed suicide, which led to him being a troubled young man. He was often at odds with his father and brother. He started off as a bartender, but would later become an amateur detective. He would later learn the reason why his mother killed herself, which was due to a sexual assault.

One of the questions a fan asked was if Easton would ever consider going back to the NBC soap opera. He is currently kept quite busy in General Hospital, so there is no reason to worry. But if the opportunity ever came up, it sounds like he wouldn’t take it. On Facebook, the actor replied,

“Well, I still have the leather jacket, but I gave away all my torn, acid-washed blue jeans so that probably rules me out.”

Characters come back all the time in Salem. We’ve learned that nobody ever truly stays dead, thanks to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) resurrection injection. Plus, those that simply left Salem can come back years later. Sometimes it is the same actor, and other times the character is recast. However, we don’t see any opening for Tanner or any of the Scofield’s returning right now.

GH Spoilers – General Hospital Star A Soap Veteran

Despite still being relatively young, Easton is considered a soap veteran. DOOL and GH have not been his only daytime gigs. He played John McBain on One Life To Live and Caleb Morley on Port Charles. Even though General Hospital is his fourth soap, he is quite content there. He explained,

“Finn is lovely and strange and challenging. [The hardest part is] keeping the stethoscope around my neck. [That, and] constantly getting upstaged by a lizard.”
