General Hospital Alum Joe Flanigan Books Exciting New Role

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Joe Flanigan is having fun with his new role in the second season of SEE. The drama series debuted its latest season on August 27 and is currently airing on Apple TV+.

The General Hospital alum is playing the role of The Military. The actor shared a photo of him wearing his costume for his new role and captioned, “Kudos to the amazing wardrobe department.”

SEE is a science fiction and drama series that is set in the distant future after the world has been ravaged by a deadly virus, leaving only a few survivors. Those who survived the onslaught of the deadly virus were left blind. The series stars Jason Momoa as Baba Voss and Alfre Woodard as Paris. David Bautista joined the cast of the show in the second season while Flanigan debuted his character in the second episode of season 2 and he’s set to appear in a few more episodes.

Flanigan and Momoa were former co-stars on STARGATE: ATLANTIS from 2004 to 2009 where Flanigan played the role of Lt. Colonel John Sheppard while Momoa took on the role of Ronan Dex.

Viewers of General Hospital took a liking to Flanigan’s character Dr. Neil Byrne immediately after he debuted on the show back in 2019. His alter ego was paired with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and their romance was welcomed by fans right away. So, when Neil was killed off in September September 2020, a lot of fans were left disappointed.

Flanigan has kept himself busy since he left the daytime drama. Aside from his role in SEE, he also appeared in Let Us In. He’s also set to appear in a new movie called Room 19.

General Hospital  Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Finally Returns To Port Charles

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will finally return to Port Charles and remember his past. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will deliver the news to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will help Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) following the fallout with Sonny.

His return will shock Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) who just had their wedding. Although the pair will be happy to see that he’s alive, they’ll have to figure out how to handle the situation since they have already developed romantic feelings for each other.
