General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Who Sent Ava Jerome The Creepy Valentine

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) was expecting to have the best Valentine’s Day she has had in years. With her marriage to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) in a good place for the first time, Ava looked forward to spending a romantic evening with her husband. And although Ava and Nikolas did have a romantic dinner, someone gifted Ava with a dead roach. The question is, who sent it. Let’s take a look first at the most obvious candidates.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ryan Chamberlain isn’t as helpless as everyone believes

Ava’s usual stalker, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) was stabbed while in prison not all that long ago. He ended up surviving but had lost a lot of blood, leaving him in a weakened state. According to the doctors, while Ryan was well aware of his surroundings, he wasn’t able to move or even talk. He had basically become a prisoner of his own body, they said.

But, General Hospital spoilers show Ryan is extremely smart and resourceful. It’s possible he somehow trained himself not to react to his environment. Because he was considered helpless, he wasn’t going back to prison, but instead a low security long term care facilty. If Ryan is faking, it will be easy for him to escape. But Ryan hasn’t been reported missing, so this may be a long shot, at least for now.

GH Spoilers – Franco Baldwin’s Dark Side May Be Emerging Once More!

As General Hospital viewers know, Franco Baldwin was once a very sick and dangerous serial killer due to a very large tumor in his brain. He killed a lot of people while under the influence of the tumor, but once it was removed Franco became a mostly model citizen. Unfortunately, as viewers know, the tumor has returned. Franco has had a few periods of missing time, and he suspects that he may have been the person who defaced Ava’s portrait that she commissioned Franco to complete.

If so, that means that Franco could once again become a danger to everyone, and it looks like he might be targeting Ava first. Franco has put a plan in place in case he does revert to his evil self. General Hospital recaps and spoilers reveal he asked Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to kill him if he shows any sign of becoming a monster again. Hopefully, he isn’t sending Ava dead bugs as first sign of things to come, but it’s definitely a possibility as the tumor grows once more.

General Hospital Spoilers & Rumors – Perhaps Hayden Barnes Is Trying To Send a message!

Even though Hayden Barns (Rebecca Budig) has seemingly disappeared without a trace, she was still married to Nikolas at the time. And since Nikolas didn’t mention getting a divorce or annulment when he first married Ava, one can assume that he is a bigamist and Hayden is still his legal spouse. Hayden and Nikolas weren’t romantically involved, but Nikolas promised to compensate Hayden for helping his get his fortune back. If she is lurking around, she won’t take kindly to Ava’s title as Mrs. Cassadine. Hayden could pose a huge financial threat to Nikolas, but she may want to toy with him first by sending creepy gifts. That would certainly keep the couple off balance until Hayden is ready to reveal herself and make whatever demands she might have! This seems the least likely choice as it’s mostly been ignored or forgotten that Hayden and Nikolas were still married. And she wouldn’t continue to stay away from her daughter Violet Barnes (Jophielle Love) is she were able.
