General Hospital Recap & Spoilers Monday, May 18: Nelle’s Shocking Surprise – Jordan Excited For TJ’s Engagement

Welcome to your Monday May 18th General Hospital recap – we begin our day at the Metro Court where Molly Lansing (Haley Pullos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) are joined by his parents. Jordan Ashford (Brianne Nicole Henry) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) are excited they will legally be domestic partners. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) interrupts and congratulates them.

Also at the Metro Court, Ava Jerome (Maura West) is finishing a phone call when Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). He asks if she is Mrs. Jerome and she retorts that its Mrs. Cassadine.

At the Port Charles boxing gym, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is trying to convince her mom Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that exercise will make her feel better. Alexis says she enjoys moping around and needs time to mourn losing her job.

General Hospital Recap: Nelle has a huge courtroom surprise

At the courthouse, the judge asks Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) where Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is? She suddenly bursts into the courtroom in a wedding dress and apologizes for being late, she was just getting married. The courtroom is in disbelief as her husband Julian Jerome (William DeVry) enters.

Diane tells everyone to calm down and to not engage with Julian or Nelle. Martin is furious with Nelle for being late and marrying Julian Jerome. The trial continues as Martin defends Nelle to the judge and says Michael has been selfish about the baby.

Sam tries to make Alexis feel better – ABC General Hospital Spoilers

At the gym, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) tells her mom to ask for an appeal. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) says its too late, as Sam says she should work on her second life act. Alexis starts kicking the boxing bag as Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) engages her in small talk.  Alexis realizes who Brando is and that hes the one who slept with Molly.

The family celebrates TJ and Molly’s good news

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) says Molly is excited about the domestic partnership angle and its more enlightening than marriage. Sonny questions the kidnapping investigation but they reiterate theres no new leads.

The foursome toasts with champagne as Jordan walks over to confront Sonny. Sonny is afraid that Macs investigation will lead to the truth. Jordan and Molly step away as she apologizes for the way she treated her when TJ was missing.

Next On General Hospital: Ava has a run in with Cyrus

At the Metro Court, Cyrus tells Ava that he is new in town and heard from Lucy that her place is for sale. He says hes a big art lover and has heard of the Franco paintings reveal at Wyndemere. Ava says she knows he was involved in the death of a dear friend’s father, Trina Robinson.

At Oscars Meadow, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) asks Josslyn Jax (Eden McCoy) how she is holding up. She says its been a year since they lost him and she says she owes them an apology. Josslyn says she misses her friends as Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) welcomes her back.

Dev says they should hang after school tomorrow as Trina and Cameron say they are in an ultimate frisbee team. Trina and Cam leave as Dev tells her that Cam has a huge crush on her.

Julian wonders aloud what the hell he has done b marrying Nelle. Suddenly Sonny appears and says “congrats on marrying someone that I hate more than you….” …… flash to Preview
