General Hospital Spoilers indicate that 2024 has seen some shocking changes and recasts and it’s only June. Here is the updated list of the comings, goings, and other changes. What has happened so far and what is still to come?

General Hospital Spoilers  – Sam McCall Was Temporarily Recast In January

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Kelly Monaco was temporarily replaced in January 2024. Kelly explained that she was “simply under the weather” at the time. This was during the first week of the year.

Later on January 31, Avery Kristen Pohl exited as Esme Prince went into the water with Spencer Cassidine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), and neither body was recovered.

William Lipton returned as Cameron Webber after Spencer’s presumed death. However, William recently landed a new gig in the Amazon series The Runarounds. John “Jagger” Cates returned when Adam J. Harrington took over the role.

Eva LaRue joined the cast as Natalia Rogers-Ramirez, Alison “Blaze” Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) overbearing, troublemaking mother.

GH Spoilers – The Changes Keep Coming

In February, Jeff Leaf joined that cast as O’Neill and has been seen several times since. Lydia Look returned as mob boss Selina Wu in February.

Michael E. Knight exited as Martin Gray with no word of when he will return. Olivia Jerome, who was played by Tonja Walker, was killed off the show.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) returned from the dead once again. Too bad his excuse for being gone wasn’t better this time. Kody Kavitha, according to Soap Opera Digest, was hired as Hunter, the new manager of Bobbie’s. Virginia Ma of The Thundermans and Magnum PI fame has joined the cast as Nina’s assistant Madison.

General Hospital Spoilers – Some Returned After Months Away

Cassandra James finally returned as Terri Randolf after being away for months. Nicholas Alexander Chavez turned his temporary exit into a permanent one.

Olivia Travolta returned as Gloria Cerullo for Brooke Lynn Quartermaine and Harrison Chase’s wedding. Morgan Fairchild returned as the wicked TV hostess Haven de Haviland.

Adam Huss is back as Nikolas Cassadine even though he is sitting in jail presently. Juliet Donenfeld temporarily filled in for Lily Fisher as Georgie Spinelli. Tristan Riggs Permanently Replaced Enzo De Angelis as Aiden Spencer and Giovanni Mazza joined the cast as Giovanni Cerullo.

These are the updated changes as revealed by Deadline and take us through May 2024. With half the year almost behind us, what changes can we expect in the future?
