General Hospital’s rumors suggest that Kim Nero (ex-Tamara Braun) will meet an untimely death. Kim’s baby is supposed to belong to Julian Jerome (ex-William DeVry). However, with both “biological” parents dead, it seems that Baby Andy could make his way to Port Charles and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Has Kim named Liz Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) her son’s guardian or is Franco his father?
General Hospital Spoilers – Kim Nero And Liz Webber Were Close Friends
General Hospital’s Kim and Liz were very close until Kim slept with Franco. Even though Franco had been subjected to memory mapping making him believe he was Drew Cain (Billy Miller), Kim knew better. However, Kim’s unresolved feelings for Drew and her grief over her son, Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt), certainly clouded her judgment. It didn’t help that Franco relentlessly pursued Kim either. Franco was acting on Drew’s love for Kim and it took several people to convince him that he wasn’t Drew. Sleeping with Franco put an end to Kim and Liz’s friendship. However, Kim wasn’t close to anyone else and would have no one to leave her child with.
GH Spoilers – Kim Nero Could Want Her Child With His Father
Although Kim told her nanny that Julian is her son’s father, that doesn’t mean it is necessarily true. Kim slept with Julian several times but he refused to give her a child. However, Franco is the last known person that Kim slept with and Kim could want him to raise their child. There were no indications that Kim was pregnant by Julian before she left Port Charles.
If Kim knew she was pregnant by Julian, she would have had no reason to not tell him. Kim would not have tried to drug Drew to get pregnant if she was already carrying Julian’s child. Kim would want to keep the baby from both Franco and Julian unless something happened to her though. Kim would also be willing to lie about the baby’s paternity to keep either of them from getting their hands on her child. After all, Kim never tried to tell Drew that she was pregnant with Oscar, keeping the baby from its potential fathers would be something Kim would do.
What might have happened to Kim? There is nothing medically wrong with Kim that we know of. However, Kim is in New York and could easily get killed by a lot of other means. Does Kim leave the truth about her son in her will? Will Liz and Franco raise Kim’s baby as their own?

I think that if Kim does die then it would be alright for Andy to be with Liz and Franco. I had thought that it was nice that Andy was Julian's son. However Julian is now sadly dead. I think that it would be alright if in the end Liz and Franco found out that Andy is really Franco's son if Kim dies in some way. Franco would be a good father to Andy just like he has been a good step father to Cameron, Aiden, and Jake. Then at some point Liz and.Franco could have a daughter.
I Hope It Was Franco Not Julian
Cause Andy Would Have A Better
Chance Of Having A Somewhat
Normal Life, Liz Webber Baldwim
Is A Better Choice For A Mom.
Drew disappeared before Kim knew she was having his baby, so you can't rightly say she kept it from him.
He never wanted Bio kids, that's why he & Nina split up
Stupid if it even happens! Franco can't even take care of himself,he doesn't need another kid from someone else. Thought he was supposed to have a baby with his wife?! #GH
He ha s learned to love Liz's children. He put his life on the line for Cameron . And he has given Cameron good advice. I think he would take the baby and raise him with Liz. His fear of passing on bad Genes/DNA is wrong. He had a tumor. He did not try to kill Drew as a child. He protected him. It is only because of the tumor that he could be dangerous and he is trying to take of that. He would be a good father.
This is exactly what came to mind as soon as I heard about Andy.
I think it would be great, if the baby belongs to Franco, that he should get to raise it. And Elizabeth would never turn away a child!
