At the end of the day, Carly and Sonny share a unique bond. Even as exes, one of Sonny’s first thoughts after Ava Jerome (Maura West) was attacked by the Hook killer was to keep Carly safe and touch base with her while she was out of town and in Florida.

Therefore, it’s no surprise that the two could re-catch some feelings. After all, Nina will surely retaliate with the information she knows about Darly, and this could cause a rift between her and Sonny. Reeves is bent on bringing Carly down, especially in light of recently finding out the great lengths Ms. Spencer went to keep the Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) secret hidden. If Sina split up, could Sonny run back to his ex? Fans are quite divided over the Sina relationship; the same could be said about Drew and Carly shacking up. Both couples look cute together, but do they have that “it” factor?

If CarSon’s history dictates anything, there’s a good chance the two could be back together by the time summer hits. After all, Carly and Sonny’s decade-long romance does run by a specific pattern of explosive breakup to friendship, to lovers again. In fact, even if the Sina and Darly relationships last, no one should count out the idea that Sonny and Carly could find their way back to each other by cheating on their current partners. They’ve been known to do so in the past.
