General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Locates The Codicil – What Will She Do With It?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that with several Port Charles residents searching for the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s will, it will be found by an unexpected source. Ava Jerome (Maura West) is about to reopen her gallery.

She had kept it closed for quite awhile because she’s been trying to process everything that happened with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), but a pep talk from Dr. Kevin Collins (also Jon Lindstrom) convinced Ava that the best way to get the trauma is to live her life and continue to do the things that she loves.

When Kevin asked her about reopening the gallery, Ava lit up. She loves the art world and the process of creating something new, It didn’t hurt that the money was good too, Ava joked.

So when Kevin brought up reopening the gallery, Ava agreed and seemed pleased about  the prospect of getting back to her life. Ava still thinks that someone is watching, but it’s something else that is about to catch her attention.

As viewers know, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) recently found the portrait of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) that Helena bequeathed to Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Nick Stabile) in her will.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) had offered to take the portrait off of Valentin’s hands. Laura and Kevin had just figured out that the portrait holds clues that lead to the location of the codicil. Now that the portrait is gone, Laura won’t know where to look! But the portrait is about to turn up.

But someone has found the portrait and takes it to Ava at the gallery, probably looking for an appraisal. Ava will be startled to see Helena’s portrait, but her curiosity will get the better of her so she should agree to examine the portrait to do an accurate appraisal.

But she will be in for a shock when she discovers the infamous codicil hidden behind the portrait. After all the clues, it will turn out the codicil was not the location of the clues but of the actual codicil itself! So the question becomes what will Ava do?

If Ava understands what the document means, hopefully she will contact Laura. But fate may have other plans because Ava stalker may be about to reveal himself to Ava. Rumor has it that Nikolas is very much alive and may be the person watching Ava. Whatever happens, it looks like the few weeks are going to be very exciting in Port Charles!
