General Hospital: Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will have a succinct warning for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in an upcoming GH episode!

General Hospital Spoilers – This Will Be About The Merger, Not The Cassadines

This warning will be about the merger, not the Cassadines so it will have nothing to do with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) or Drew’s past captivity. It has come to Drew’s attention that Valentin has been trying to sway Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) over to his side by giving Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) gifts. Valentin says that is preposterous, those were merely gestures of goodwill and they were things that his daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) outgrew and they were intended father to father.

Drew still says this could have waited until after the shareholders met and the merger had gone through; Valentin’s timing was bad. Valentin counters even if the gifts could be considered some sort of bribe Ned accepted them gladly!

GH Spoilers – The ELQ Shareholders Meeting Is About To Begin

The ELQ shareholders meeting is about to begin as Drew continues to badger Valentin about the hand me down riding equipment he gave Ned for Leo to use. Leo was given a new horse to use in a therapy for his autism that involves riding and caring for horses, even though the horse definitely is a pet. Ned still hasn’t officially come over to the Aurora Media/ELQ merger side with Drew and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) or made any inkling of accepting a position other than CEO. He had made a pitch to Michael for he, Drew and Michael to hold equal power in spite of official positions but Drew and Michael didn’t bite. Michael actually didn’t even take Ned’s pitch of a three way power team seriously, only mentioning it to Drew in passing!

General Hospital Spoilers – If Ned Quartermaine Doesn’t Throw In With The Merger Valentin Cassadine’s Still In

If Ned doesn’t throw in with Michael and Drew and the proposed merger between the two companies, then Valentin’s still in as CEO and the merger won’t succeed. Even with Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) substantial purchase of Aurora stock, it doesn’t do anything for the ELQ side, and the purpose of the merger is to force Valentin out! As Drew continues to work on Valentin Michael is working on Ned, and Ned seems to think he’s being forced out in spite of being offered a COO position.

Drew had that argument with Ned before as has Michael, the COO position isn’t a consolation prize – a Chief Operating Officer is a supervisor over the company not a placeholder! Ned would be making all the decisions on how the company is operated and run, and that’s a very important position to hold!

GH Spoilers – Drew Cain Gives Valentin Cassadine A Succinct Warning

Drew gives Valentin a succinct warning relating to any further influencing of Ned; DON’T DO IT; of course, if Valentin doesn’t “do it” neither he nor Ned will have a job! That has been the whole point of Valentin’s romancing Ned to team up with him to prevent the merger from being completed and to save both his and Ned’s jobs! Ned and Valentin had another meet-up to discuss the business and Valentin’s proposition to Ned prior to the shareholders’ meeting, unbeknownst to Drew or Michael. Valentin’s pretty sure he has Ned convinced his plan will work and that he will indeed side with him!
