General Hospital Spoilers: Esme Is Shot! Whodunnit, And Why?

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is on her last leg. Her pregnancy is nearing its end and she has no idea what will become of her or her baby. The grief it has caused her not knowing if she will be separated from her child and where they might end up has been brutal.

Now, Esme’s birth parents — Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) — have dragged her along with them in their pursuit of freedom. Breaking out of prison wasn’t in Esme’s plans; according to General Hospital spoilers, she was fully intending to do things the right way and let a jury decide whether she is innocent or guilty. Now, it’s quite clear she’s broken the law, but will she look like more of a victim when she’s injured, versus on the run?

General Hospital Spoilers — Esme Prince Shoots Herself?!

As Esme grows more concerned that the police may look at her as an accomplice to Ryan and Heather and won’t believe her when she insists that she isn’t, she just might take more drastic measures to make herself look like more of a target of, than a party to, their plan. She knows there is no way she can prove that Heather has been grooming her for this ever since she was remanded to Spring Ridge, and that the testimony of a suspected criminal like Esme wouldn’t be considered at all credible. Esme has never been keen on self-harm, but shooting herself in a limb could be her ticket to the hospital, away from Ryan and Heather as they are carted off back to prison.

GH Spoilers – Hint One Of Her Parents Does It

It’s possible that Heather or Ryan could be the party who decides to slow Esme down by making sure she can’t go anywhere. Would either of them really shoot their own flesh and blood, and while she’s carrying their first grandchild? They’ve both done worse. If Ryan thinks the only way he can keep Esme in one place and complying with his orders is to immobilize her, he just might do that. Heather, however, is probably less likely to actually cause Esme any physical harm.

General Hospital Spoilers — Ava Jerome Seeks Revenge

The most likely person to put a bullet in Esme will be someone who is far less ruthless than Ryan or Heather but not to be messed with. Ava wouldn’t normally attack a pregnant woman, but if she thinks her life is in danger, she’s going to attack the closest thing she can to Ryan — his child.

When Ava realizes Esme is the only thing that really matters to Ryan, aside from his conquests, she’s going to leverage that knowledge against him in a hope to save her own life.
