General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is finally settling back into his life, after several months with Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) memories forced on him. For months, Franco was replaced in his own mind. But finally “Drew” agreed to have the procedure that could restore Franco. The procedure worked, and Franco has been readjusting to everything that happened while he was gone.
General Hospital Spoilers: Franco and Elizabeth have been married for almost a year
Franco and Elizabeth have been for almost a year. But in some ways, they are still in the honeymoon phase after being separated for much of that time. Franco will realize that time is fleeting, so he will likely broach a subject to Elizabeth that could change their lives forever. Franco realizes he wants a child of his own.
General Hospital Spoilers: Franco loves Elizabeth’s three boys
Franco has been an amazing stepfather to Elizabeth’s three sons, and he start wondering about adding baby number four to their happy family. But Elizabeth has three different fathers, and she just not want another child. Elizabeth has raised those boys alone for the most part, and although she probably has no regrets, it was tough on her. And although she might concede that having Franco’s baby would be wonderful, adding another baby would be a financial strain, not to mention to added responsibility.
General Hospital Spoilers: Liz and Franco are happy
Elizabeth and her boys finally have some stability and there is a father figure in their lives. Liz can finally rest a bit easier, sharing the responsibility. She won’t be so easily convinced but she may eventually realize that having a new baby will just add more love to a family that has a lot of love to give. It will be a big decision, but perhaps Franco can convince her that he isn’t going anywhere.

What will happen?
Will Franco decide that time is precious and ask Liz if she wants another baby? How will Liz feel about adding another mouth to feed? I would love to see Franco and Liz have a baby. If Sonny and Carly can get another baby that they did not need then Liz can have another kid. i would like to see them have a babygirl.
No kids for serial killer Franco…plus Liz has enough kids and baby daddy’s…also Kim will be giving Franco his bundle of serial killer joy down the line
Franco & Elizabeth should have a child. Just because they don’t spoil the kids, it doesn’t mean they don’t have money. Franco paid for Kiki’s medical school tuition (and she had Jerome money) and Cam asked Franco why he couldn’t just have new earbuds because “You have money.” Also, when Betsy was missing thanks to Jim Harvey, Curtis told Drew that she made a clean disappearance without debt. He said she didn’t have those kind of resources, but Franco did. Drew reminded Curtis that so did Jim Harvey to put him on the tight track. Some parents just don’t want to raise spoiled, entitled brats.
Hopefully Kim will never come back. I do hope Franco and Liz have a baby.
