General Hospital Spoilers: Is Victor Blackmailing Holly To Work For Him? 

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease there might be another reason why Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) might be acting “off” since her reappearance. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) might be blackmailing her to work for him, and she might be because he has her son, Ethan Sutton (Nathan Parsons).

General Hospital Spoilers – Holly Sutton Lied?

Recently, Holly had lied to Robert, saying she had tried to call her son but instead put Robert’s cell phone on do not disturb. This prevented him from getting the call from Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) informing him that Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) had disappeared and that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was in trouble. Holly told Robert she couldn’t reach Ethan and that didn’t seem like Holly to lie about it; perhaps she’s working with Victor?

Holly’s behavior seemed almost like she was brainwashed, which could also be possible and account for her amnesia. But it doesn’t account for why she would lie to Robert about calling Ethan on his phone and pressing “do not disturb” doesn’t she know he could check his call log?

GH Spoilers – Why Can’t Ethan Sutton Be Reached?

Another huge question is why Ethan can’t be reached; when Robert and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) searched for Holly in Monaco, Ethan had already been there. There’s one other thing – true, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) didn’t come to Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) memorial service either but where was Ethan? Ethan is Luke’s son too; could he have been captured and held somewhere after the last time he was seen in Monaco? It was pretty obvious that Victor was holding Holly in one of his compounds somewhere because it looked very similar to the first room he kept Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) in. There were also some rather furtive glances between Holly and Victor when they spotted each other across the Metro Court restaurant, the day she slapped him.

General Hospital Spoilers – Does Victor Cassadine Have Ethan Sutton?

If Holly is being blackmailed and working for Victor, regardless of brainwashed or not, there is only one thing that makes sense. Victor must have Ethan and if she doesn’t comply with whatever Victor is ordering her to do, Ethan could be killed; Holly told Robert that something is a big mistake. She told him it could backfire disastrously; perhaps Ethan was working with his father on whatever Luke was doing when he was killed …if indeed Luke is actually dead.

From what was said, there was nothing identifiable when it happened and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) received what was said to be Luke’s ashes. Holly should have been more upset over Luke’s death than what she seemed as well, or in shock, although that slap to Victor’s face seemed appropriate.
