But at the rate Danny’s going, Jason could become a priest and his son would still sin like crazy.
Clearly, Jason is trying hard to build a new life, but he also has to make a living.
So far, we haven’t seen him gainfully employed, and food doesn’t grow on trees.
Something has to give, and we suspect current circumstances could lure Jason right back into the mob.

Sonny’s Enemies Are Closing In
That’s because the town is coming for Sonny, believing he went back on his word to go straight.
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) were beaten in Pentonville, and Sonny was set up to take the fall.
Curtis was told by the attackers that Sonny ordered the beatdown, and he believed them, calling his judgment into question once again.
Now Sonny finds himself facing dangerous accusations while his enemies gain the upper hand.
Will Jason Return To The Mob?
With Sonny and Sidwell back to feuding, Sonny needs protection and support.
And nobody handles that better than Jason.
Sonny has Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) as his lawyer, but Ric is certainly no enforcer.
Even members of Sonny’s own family have turned their backs on him, leaving him increasingly vulnerable.
Will this dangerous situation be enough to tempt Jason back into his leather jacket?
After all, Stone Cold has never been one to sit on the sidelines when Sonny’s life is in danger.
Could Jason Find A Different Future?

I have a hard time imagining Jason sitting behind a desk at ELQ while Sonny is fighting for his life.
Jason may want to be a better father to Danny, but protecting Sonny has been part of his identity for years.
And with so many people turning against Sonny over something he apparently didn’t do, I wouldn’t be surprised if Jason stepped in.
As for Serena, I’m not completely sold on the romance just yet. I’d rather see Jason get a storyline that gives him something meaningful to do beyond another relationship.
