General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that fans should brace themselves for an over-the-top plot twist where Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is concerned.

Right now, it looks like he’s up to something shady; however, fans and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) alike, seem to have a hunch that Valentin might be lying and covering his tracks because Pikeman has blackmailed him.

Could Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and the coma she’s in have anything to do with this all?

General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri & Charlotte Cassadine Have Been Drawn In

GH spoilers tease fans will likely see more and more of Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) in the weeks and months ahead.

After a couple of recasts since 2021, viewers were pleasantly surprised to see the original actress return to the role on July 28, 2023. Still, this move sparked tremendous intrigue.

At first, many believed that Lulu was on her way back to the land of the living and speculated that the original Charlotte was brought back to the canvas to help tie in history.

Still, actress Emme Rylan did step out recently on social media to say she has not returned to the soap and was promised by the show that if Lulu woke up, she’d be given a call.

Another mysterious piece to this puzzle is Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Not only is Charlotte staying with her “stepdad” (instead of her father), which seems “shady” as it is, but he’s also helping Anna figure out who is targeting her. Plus, he’s clearly not a fan of Valentin.

GH Spoilers – Pikeman Is Holding Lulu Spencer Over Valentin Cassadine’s Head

Valentin would do just about anything for Charlotte, and possibly Pikeman is asking him to do their dirty work, using Lulu’s coma as an incentive.

Maybe they have a medication or treatment that could help trigger Charlotte’s mom out of her coma. As Valentin isn’t working “fast” enough, they could now be targeting his girlfriend Anna to “speed” things up.

It’s clear that Pikeman is getting frustrated with Valentin, despite Mr. Cassadine’s best efforts.
