General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu Stands By Cassius When Impostor Truth Comes Out

Cassius Faison is living on borrowed time on General Hospital.  Just like Josslyn Jacks figured out that he’s a fraud, other people in Port Charles will start putting the pieces together too. 

When the truth comes out about “Nathan West,” will Lulu stand by her man?  Believe it or not, the answer is “yes.”

Lulu & Nathan Romance 

When Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) began dating Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), her friends and family were shocked that she was hooking up with her BFF’s husband. 

Despite Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) coming back from her coma and all other odds, Lulu and Nathan are still going strong. 

In fact, their relationship is getting even more serious now that Nathan saved her son Rocco Falconeri.

Everyone knows the quickest way to win over a single mom’s heart is through her kids, and Cassius Faison didn’t miss that memo. 

When Rocco shot Cullum on the docks, Cassius didn’t skip a beat and helped Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) cover up Lulu’s son’s crime.  If it weren’t for her man, Lulu’s son could be sitting in jail facing attempted murder charges.

The Truth Is Going To Come Out

Cassius Faison has had a good run as his twin brother Nathan West, but all good things must come to an end. 

He can’t just take everyone that figure out his secret hostage, Spoon Island would be booked solid by the end of the summer! 

Cassius seems to have genuinely fallen for Lulu Spencer, will she turn her back on him when she finds out he is an impostor?

Lulu Spencer doesn’t tolerate a lot of tomfoolery from the men in her life, initially she will be shocked and horrified that she was hooking up with a stranger. 

Once the dust settles, Lulu could give Cassius a shot as himself because of what he did for Rocco. 

Cullum will reportedly be on the hunt for his shooter next week, Cassius might have to save Lulu’s son again and that will only score him more brownie points.
