General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu’s Return Stuns Dante, Sam Plays Dirty to Keep Him?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) have been steaming up the screen this summer but that could all come to a screeching halt if a Friday Cliffhanger scene is a major clue.

The scene in question involved Dante taking Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) to see her comatose mom Lulu Spencer (last played by Emme Rylan). After the scene aired GH fans raved on socials about Lulu coming back to her loved ones.

Charlotte had a heartbreaking scene with her mom, telling her how much she misses her and tries not to feel too different from the other kids at school.

Love is a wonderful medicine and if Charlotte continues to plead with her mom to come back to her, that may be what wakes Lulu from her coma.

Of course what could be wonderful for Charlotte might not be so terrific for Sam!

Sante are going strong, living together and sharing their lives, and Sam has made Dante happy after the loss of Lulu. But can Sam compare to Lulu in Dante’s eyes?

Lulu and Dante had a dream relationship and went together like peas and carrots. They had their ups and downs but fans knew they had destiny. Then again, life goes on and Dante has moved on with Sam—for many GH fans Sante have compatibility (and great sex) but Lante is forever.

During Dante’s visit to Lulu he told her that he misses her and was sad that she is still comatose.

Is this the show’s way of foreshadowing that Lulu will soon awaken?

Explosive General Hospital spoilers reveal that there will be more about Lulu in the coming days. If and when Lulu wakes up, Dante will no doubt spend time talking with her, helping her in her recovery. Will old feelings overwhelm these two star-crossed lovers? Sam was never a choir girl and she could get sneaky if she feels Dante pulling away from her. Then again, Dante and/or Sam may stuff their feelings down and do what they think is right by ending their relationship so that Lulu can be happy.
