General Hospital Spoilers: Natalia’s Shocking Connection To Sonny’s Late Wife, Lily Rivera!

General Hospital spoilers indicate that we still don’t know much about Natalia Rogers-Ramirez’s (Eva La Rue) backstory. We do know that she is from Puerto Rico, has a daughter and a son, and was married at some point.

We also know that she knows Miguel Morez (Ricky Martin), who was raised in Puerto Rico, and he also has been a resident of Port Charles, as Natalia has mentioned Miguel a couple times. Not to mention, she does seem to know a lot about the mob business.

There does this knowledge come from? Could Natalia be a part of or connected to a mob family? General Hospital history tells us that we know the Riveras ran the mob in Puerto Rico for a long time.

Is Natalia somehow connected to them? Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) ‘s late wife, Lily Rivera (Lilly Melgar) was a part of that family, does Natalia know her?

A Little History and Natalia Rogers-Ramirez’s Connection To The Riveras

Shortly after Lily was killed in a car explosion meant for Sonny in 1996, Lily’s father Hernando Rivera (Ismael Carlo) died of a heart attack due to the shock of accidentally killing his own daughter, and Sonny took over his territory in Puerto Rico.

Natalia was born and raised in Puerto Rico and if she knew Miguel, she could know Lily. Lily and Miguel dated when they were young, and Natalia could be a classmate.

Natalia’s father, Mr. Ramirez and Hernando could possibly be friends and her father could have worked for Hernando.

Natalia and Lily probably grew up together and were friends. Natalia has been keeping this a secret from Sonny, but why is the question?

Why Natalia Rogers-Ramirez Is Hiding Her Past With Lily Rivera

Lily and Natalia were close, and Lily may have confided in Natalia back in the day about her relationship with Sonny. Natalia was infatuated by the stories about Sonny, and secretly wanted what Lily had with him.

One day, Natalia found out a shocking secret: that her father was actually Hernando Rivera, and that her mother had an affair with him, and she kept it a secret! Natalia and Lily are actually sisters!

Natalia became angry about the lies, but Lily was already dead, so she couldn’t tell her about the truth about them being half-sisters.

Natalia moved on to other relationships, but when Natalia met Sonny, she instantly knew who he was, and was instantly attracted to him. However, she didn’t feel that telling him about her connection to Lily was appropriate.

Natalia still has not told Sonny the truth because she has fallen for him, and is afraid that he will be angry for not being honest with her. Meanwhile, this would explain Sonny being drawn to Natalia, she reminds him of Lily!
