However, Julian had been forced into the marriage to Nelle in order to keep his secret of causing the accident that almost killed Brad and Lucas. However, marrying Nelle has caused drama for him as well, and he may try to find a way out of his marriage to Nelle. Will he be able to make it out of his marriage, or will he be stuck in the loveless marriage?

General Hospital Spoilers – Julian Jerome May Reveal his Own Secret

As of right now, Julian has been blackmailed by a number of people other than Nelle, and he may decide to take the situation into his own hands by revealing his own secret himself. He could decide to make a deal with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), which could include keeping him out of prison in exchange for him turning on Nelle and making Nelle look bad during the custody battle.

Gh Spoilers – Julian Jerome May Learn A Secret About Nelle

As of now, Nelle has been seen with the other half of Nina’s necklace, but it may be the case that the Nelle is not Nina’s daughter. If this is a scheme from Nelle, then Julian may learn of this and use this to get out of his marriage to Nelle. Nelle is good at coming up with ways of getting out on top but tends to have a lot of secrets, so if Julian learns of one of Nelle’s secrets, then he might be able to get out of the marriage to her.
