General Hospital spoilers tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will try to make up with old friend Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) but sees a photo of Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) that Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) took, and majorly misunderstands in an upcoming episode of GH!

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine And Ava Jerome Cassadine Have A Business Arrangement

As General Hospital viewers know, Nikolas and Ava don’t have a marriage – they have a business arrangement! One of the main stipulations involves them each being celibate, including with each other, and in the process of Nikolas trying to make amends with friends and family, he goes to Liz.

The problem is, he sees a photo that Trina took of Franco and Ava together when they had been discussing their business arrangement of Ava commissioning Franco to paint her portrait, which is to take the place of Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) in Wyndemere Castle. This incenses Nikolas, who had already reamed into Franco about his marriage to Elizabeth – not knowing anything about Franco in recent years, just knowing how he was years ago before his brain tumor was removed and he had played mind games with Nikolas’ cousin Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and tormented her, and various and sundry other terrible things.

Elizabeth doesn’t think anything about it when Nikolas tells her about the photo, although her curiosity is piqued. She trusts Franco and figures Trina just took a photo of them at the art gallery when they were discussing the portrait, although she trusts Ava as far as she could throw her! She may warn Nikolas about Ava as well while she’s defending Franco to him!

GH Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Knows That Ava Jerome Cassadine And Franco Baldwin Were “A Thing”

Nikolas knows that Ava and Franco were “a thing” years ago and that for many years he thought he was Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) birth father – because Ava had lied to him and told him that! So all he needs to majorly misunderstand a mere photograph is to know that Franco and Ava “used to be” lovers and is convinced that photograph is proof of Ava cheating on him with Franco!

General Hospital viewers will recall Ava and Franco remained friends, although begrudgingly, mainly because Franco and Kiki maintained a father-daughter type relationship until the day she died. Franco pushed Dr. David Bensch (James DePaiva) into a wall of lockers for sexually harassing Kiki, and continued to always look out for her. He was as devastated as Ava was when she was found dead, murdered by Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), who he was later instrumental in taking down and nearly killed in the process!

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Will Remain Suspicious

Nikolas will remain suspicious and try to prove Ava and Franco have a “thing” going on and try to warn Liz about it! This will not cause Liz to distrust Franco, necessarily, but she will worry about Ava trying to get into Franco’s pants! Franco felt terrible when he found out he slept with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) when he had Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) mind and memories, so Liz knows that if anyone was trying to start an affair or even a one night stand, it would be Ava, not Franco!

The problem is, with Nikolas trying to be protective of Liz and hanging around her a little too much, Ava will start thinking things are going on between Nikolas and Liz, and Franco warning Ava that Nikolas can’t be trusted won’t help things, even though he trusts Elizabeth!
