General Hospital Spoilers: Nina May Become A Pawn In Charlotte’s Plan To Push Anna Out By Painting Her Papa As A Cheat!

General Hospital spoilers reveal Charlotte Cassadie (Scarlett Fernandez) has made a rather bold move in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) direction. A lost teenage girl without her mother present, she sat down with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) at Kelly’s this past week, who remained unconvinced that Charlotte is really holding out for a happy ending with her dad and Anna.

Is Charlotte’s distaste for Anna really all about having her papa to herself, or is she hoping for something more, like a rekindling between Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and his ex, Nina? Word on the street is it’s much more sinister than that.

With Anna essentially consuming every bit of Valentin’s being since they first kissed, it stands to reason that his mon petit may be feeling a little slighted — or even a lot slighted.

Filled with jealousy and apparent rage — if we take Anna’s destroyed hotel suite as evidence of Charlotte’s pent up emotions — it’s clear she sees Anna as an obstacle getting in the way of the life she really wants. She keeps insisting that’s a life with her father — just the two of them. But is that true?

Rumor has it Charlotte may soon turn her attention to her former stepmother, Nina, in hopes she will become her ally in this disaster she has created.

Nina could be a place of respite for Charlotte, who will undoubtedly know and feel how angry her father is with her — and how torn he will be between her and Anna.

Right now, we’ve been watching Valentin spin his wheels since he first laid eyes on that video footage, and he can’t seem to pull the trigger on confronting his daughter — nor on coming clean with his lover.

Charlotte may not currently know what her next step is, but Nina’s good intentions could end up making her a welcomed part of it.

Seeing how much Valentin still cares for Nina, and Vice versa, could lead Charlotte to playing matchmaker and a whole lot more in an attempt to make Anna think Valentin has betrayed her with Nina.

Could her plan work to push Anna out of the picture permanently? Is it worth it to her even if it irreparably damages Sonny and Nina’s relationship, too?
