ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates suggest that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) might be planning to backstab the evil Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) when she testifies at the child custody hearing of Wiley Cooper-Jones (Erik and Theo Olson). GH fans know that Nina desperately wants to be a good mommy … to someone, anyone, even Nelle it seems. Well, that’s not entirely true since Nina had the opportunity to play the good mom (if she really wanted to) to Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). Yet Charlotte just wasn’t her daughter, you know? Even though Nina’s never seen the kid and has no idea what he-she looks like, she just has a sense that she’ll know.

Then GH fans saw Nelle with a locket that matches Nina’s. Even though the screams that filled the living rooms of GH fans were legion, Nina still doesn’t know about it! Now, Nina’s all set to testify and after thinking things over, she might be leaning toward entering the fray on the side of Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) … at least until Nelle pulls out that dang necklace and starts waving it around in court.

What crimes has Nelle Benson committed? It doesn’t matter to Nina. Hasn’t Nelle committed murder, left Michael alone in a car about to explode, and swapped her kid for a corpse? Yes, and Nina no longer cares. That’s because Nina’s found … her … her own personal messiah, that sweet babe wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a ….Oh, wait, different kid.

Nina’s found the true reason for her own existence, once Nelle pulls out that locket. Some GH fans might readily admit that all Nina has truly cared about for the majority of her waking existence is finding her lost child. If Nina believes she’s found her, does anyone really believe that she’ll carry on with a plan to ruin that individual? No. How could Nina do such a thing to her own child?

GH fans can bet if the locket comes out, Nina will turn on a dime and her original plans might go out the window.

General Hospital Spoilers – One Thing Changes Nina Reeve’s Mind

Now, some GH viewers might agree that only one thing might stop the above from occurring. That’s if Nina has already discovered that someone else is her child … perhaps someone like Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). In that case, if Nelle pulls out the locket and gives Nina the sad puppy dog look, Nina will see it exactly for what it is … an attempt at gross manipulation.

In that event, Nina is likely to become excruciatingly cutthroat, and Nelle may not stand a chance.
