General Hospital spoilers leak Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been up to no good as she pulls strings and plants seeds in anyone’s ear who will listen. When she saddled up at the Metro Court bar with her business partner, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), Nina knew she was playing with fire. Somehow, she exuded a confidence we don’t often see from her, while we knew she was crippled by anxiety on the inside.
She delved into the SEC case just enough to let Olivia know there was more going on than meets the eye, and Liv took the bail – sauntering over to Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) table and demanding he confirm whether the attack on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is just a bold move on the Justice Department’s behalf to get to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
When Robert so much as confirmed it, Olivia knew her husband, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), was telling the truth — he didn’t report Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) after all. Nina just might take a second stab at pulling Olivia’s strings, and when she does, it’s going to have a profound impact.
General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos Suspects Ned Is Telling The Truth
It’s just another day at the office for Liv when her husband, Ned, and her baby daddy, Sonny, are ready to throw down at the pool inside her business establishment.
Before they could do that, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) intervened. But before they went their separate ways, Liv went to bat for her husband, and her argument may have been convincing enough for the Port Charles mafia kingpin to believe her. But suspecting that Ned isn’t the rat means Sonny has a new war to wage figuring out whodunnit.
GH Spoilers – Claim Olivia Quartermaine Worries For Sonny Corinthos — And Drew Cain
Olivia doesn’t want to see her son’s father carted off to prison for the rest of his life — and she definitely doesn’t want Dante to have to be privy to or a part of any such investigation or persecution. So it stands to reason that she won’t be in favor of Sonny taking the fall for Carly.
Of course, that doesn’t mean she wants Carly to go to prison either, but she’s not too keen on her bestie right now after Carly implied Olivia should have dropped her husband over the issue at hand.
At the same time, Olivia will be worried that Carly could flip on Drew just to keep herself and Sonny out of harm’s way, and she doesn’t want to see Drew pay for Carly’s crimes either. This is a tough spot, and she might need the help of her trusted psychic, but Olivia never sits on information and stews; she acts. Watch out, Carly.
General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Spencer Could Be Out In The Cold
Carly might have put her foot in her mouth when she suggested Olivia should’ve kicked Ned to the curb for allegedly reporting Carly and Drew to the SEC. Without any proof, she expected her best friend to end her marriage.
Since when do best friends we barely see come before the people we promised our lives to? Anyway, if Carly’s only way out is to throw Drew or Sonny under the bus, Olivia isn’t likely to be cool with either of those options.
What can she do about it though? For starters, expect her to confer with Sonny and give him a piece of her mind, but it won’t stop there.
Is Nina going to end up wrapped up in this? Will Olivia mistakenly believe she’s an ally? Keep checking back with us for more GH news and spoilers to find out what tricks she still has up her sleeve.
