General Hospital Spoilers: Ryan, Heather, And Esme Are On The Run, But Ryan Longs To See Ava And Felicia One More Time

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), Heather Webber (Alley Mills), and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) are going to break free from Spring Ridge soon. However, this won’t be your average prison break. Someone is going to have to create a diversion that will allow them to get out — and we may not know yet who would be willing to do that favor for this family of psychopathic fugitives.

Likewise, we have no idea whether Esme will know of her relation to Heather and Ryan before she agrees to bust out with them or not. That being said, when they get to the other side of the barbed wire fence, Heather isn’t going to be happy about Ryan’s change in plans.

General Hospital Spoilers — Heather Webber Wants To Hitch The Fastest Ride Out Of Town

When Heather’s feet hit the pavement outside of the barbed wire enclosure around Spring Ridge, she wants to high tail or out of town before anyone can possibly catch on to their absence and stop them. Heather knows her best bet at getting to stay with Esme and her future grandchild is to make sure her daughter gives birth someplace else.

Furthermore, if they get scooped up and carted off back to prison now, Heather most certainly will be sent back to D’Archem as Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) would sever the terms of their agreement when she’s a flight risk. Likewise, it would be clear that she is working with both Esme and Ryan — the person she’s supposed to be collecting intel on.

Heather’s plan will hit a major snag when Ryan tells her they’re not going anywhere. He has business to attend to, and he intends to see it though no matter what the cost. He has been hiding his time in lock-up pretending to be locked-in, and his spontaneous freedom isn’t going to go unrelished.

He has been waiting for the moment he gets to look into Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) eyes and watch the life fade out of her body. This won’t please Heather, however, and Esme’s anxiety could get the best of her as she tries to make sense of the two psychopaths she just broke out of prison with.
