General Hospital Spoilers reveal Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) is going to be stunned to hear Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is alive. He and Lucy have quite the backstory and have raised Scott’s daughter with Dominique Baldwin (Shell Danielson) together ever since Dominique’s untimely passing while Lucy was carrying the baby for them as a surrogate. To say they have a special bond is an understatement.

Scott meant it when he told Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) that he dislikes the way people show up for memorial services and funerals only to speak their niceties and then go back to their everyday lives as though nothing happened. Indeed, it does seem like the world should stop when someone we love passes away.

It is difficult to watch cars continue to pass by on the street and people continuing to go to work and meet up with friends when the world is missing someone that was tremendously important to us. Scott will feel that ache considerably when he hears that Lucy’s remains have been discovered.

GH Spoilers – Hint Lucy Coe Is “Dead”

Just as the news had to be broken that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was dead in order for Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) to believe it, the next bad batch of news will throw it out that that Lucy’s body has also been found among the rubble in the catacombs of Paris.

It’s likely that Laura will be the one to tell Scott what is really going on, but he’s going to be led to believe she’s dead first, and that will crush him. Losing Britt was bad enough, but now to hear his beloved Lucy is gone will just devastate Scott. He has shared so many memories with her, and he knows the Nurses’ Ball just won’t be the same.

This is going to send a shockwave through all of Port Charles, and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattson) will be equally as grief-stricken by the news.

Thankfully, Scott’s loss will be short lived. Laura is going to arrive and let Scotty in on the truth — that Lucy is safe and sound, as are Valentin and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). The plan to trap Victor with his own sinister form of mind games is certain to work if everyone just stays in compliance and plays their role.

When Lucy needs Scott, but he can’t share where he’s going or why with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), it might cause some tension at home. Hopefully Scott can work this out — and fast. Stay tuned for more General Hospital news and spoilers just ahead.
