General Hospital Spoilers — Lives Are Changed

Laura will suddenly be a great-grandmother, and Nikolas — wherever he may be — is off the hook for child support but might be called Gramps when he returns home. Spencer, however, has a tough road ahead sharing custody with a maniacal woman who won’t admit that she isn’t really suffering from amnesia. (Come on, does anyone really believe that?)
