General Hospital Spoilers: Trouble In Paradise-Dex Breaks Promise, Stays Working For Sonny?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that there’ll be trouble in paradise for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). It looks like he’ll break his promise to Joss to quit working for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and turn his back on Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and work for Sonny instead!

General Hospital Spoilers – Only Six Months?

Dex promised Josslyn that he’d only work for Sonny another six months and the assignment would be complete, claiming to be an informant working for a takedown. Dex didn’t reveal his real boss, who happens to be her brother Michael, but just said that they were on an undercover operation to take Sonny down for good. Dex had to tell her something after she overheard a conversation about the Pikeman group and the weapons being brought in.

Dex promised after the assignment and the takedown was done and Sonny was in federal prison, he’d get out of the mob. But the way things are going between Sonny and Dex, that is not likely happening, in fact, the opposite and Dex will turn on Michael.

GH Spoilers – Dex Heller And Sonny Corinthos Bonding?

A big clue that Dex and Sonny are actually bonding in a close friendship, possibly like a father and son, was when Dex got into Sonny’s recipe cards at Pozzulo’s. He had nothing better to do while he waited on Sonny so he found Gloria Cerullo’s (Ellen Travolta) recipe for Chicken Picatta. Of course, Sonny didn’t write his special touches on the card so Dex made it as was written, since all the ingredients were in the kitchen. They had a short lunch together where Sonny got to know Dex a little better and revealed his own secret ingredients when Sonny makes it. Dex later was worried when Sonny didn’t invite him into a meeting about Pikeman, but Michael told him it was nothing to worry about.

General Hospital Spoilers – Unexpected Ambush Makes Foxhole Buddies

Sonny takes Dex to check out the warehouse where the Pikeman tradeoff is to take place, and an unexpected ambush takes place; Dex spots a sniper and pushes Sonny down. They’re on the floor with the sniper still pointing the gun and Dex says they have to make a run for it, and although bullets might graze, Sonny saves his life. That creates an undeniable bond between the two, like foxhole buddies in a war on a battlefield.

Joss won’t like it and she’ll confront Dex when she finds out, but it looks like Dex might be Sonny’s new Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Dex is likely to dump Michael and his new loyalties will be for Sonny, his new boss.
