General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that it may be possible that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) are fraternal twins. Now, GH fans may be shaking their heads in frustration and horror at such an idea, but viewers should consider just a few facts before making a judgment!
General Hospital Spoilers – Willow Tait Saw Nina Reeves’s Necklace
GH viewers know that recently, Willow showed up at the Crimson offices of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). When she walked in, Willow was shocked to see Nina with her half-locket. Many GH fans think that Willow’s sharp reaction is evidence that she recognized Nina’s necklace. If she indeed, realized that Nina’s piece of jewelry matched something in her own collection, then one could legitimately ask how long it will be before Willow comes right out and asks Nina about it!
The idea, however, that Willow could be Nelle’s long-lost sister isn’t something many GH fans are hoping for. It could make for some real dramatic moments though. After all, at this point, Willow detests Nelle and sees her as pretty much her arch-nemesis.
GH Spoilers – Little Nelle Benson And The Locket
The secret is out of the bag now for everyone except Willow, Nelle and Nina. GH viewers have seen actual proof that Nelle has a half-locket that looks like the perfect match to the one Nina carries around with her. As GH fans know, Nina has long suspected that whoever her missing daughter happens to be, that individual will have the matching piece to her own custom-made necklace.
Not long ago, viewers saw Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) remembering the time she met with Frank Benson (James Patrick Stuart). At his home, a little blonde girl happened to be a young Nelle. Of course, little Nelle was wearing the locket at the time. Proof positive, however, came later when viewers saw an adult Nelle with the same necklace in a box of her things. This almost certainly is meant to lead viewers to believe that Nelle is indeed Nina’s child.
General Hospital Spoilers – Questions About Nina’s Kid(s)
The real kicker here are some questions that almost all GH fans have at this point. If Nina had twin girls, how did they each end up in such disparate locations? Why were they separated? Why weren’t they adopted as a pair? Was Nina’s mother really so awful that she was willing to allow one daughter to be adopted by a guy like Frank Benson, and the other to be adopted by a cult member like Lorraine “Harmony” Miller (Inga Cadranel)?

Is it possible Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) had no clue as to the nature of the individuals who adopted her granddaughter(s)? Did Madeline even care? More importantly, if Nina should discover that she has two daughters, one an apparent “saint” and the other a psychotic monster … GH fans may wonder how this will affect her state of mind. Happiness or sorrow? Could Nina be overjoyed and horrified all at once?
The bottom line is that the near future promises to reveal shocking secrets, which GH fans have been waiting to discover for some time!

Yes I think it’s possible I have this feeling there is another twist coming and this could be it that Nelle and Willow are they were separated after they were born.
I think so but hope not!
Hell no! How on necklace be divided into three pieces? Two pieces yes, but not three pieces. Nelle and Willow are like night and day. Nelle been through hell and back mostly cause herself and Willow been through hell too but a different kind of hell. Willow in a cult but she came through it with out it affecting her, she did lose her sense of who she was, Nelle on the other hand did, she became greedy and wanted what Carly had thinking she was her sister. Willow and Nelle can not be twins no way. Nobody likes Nelle, she is more like Nina.s mother. Not possible!
No the writer are looking for ways to keep Nelle on the canvas. They do not have another story line to fit her into. I wish they would stop trying to redeem characters after their story comes to an end. If they are evil let them pay the piper and move off the canvas.
Maybe I was thinking her mother’s message the part 2 halves coming together that 2 halves are Nelle and Willow not necessarily the necklace.
I hope they do not turn out to be twins! But with GH, this sounds like something they would do. Ugh
I hope that frank took it from another child to give to Nell, who happened to be Willow(Ninas daughter).

I knew Michael loved Willow at first sight but he saw she liked him only as a friend and eyes for Chase. Then he met and fell in love with Sasha . Willow and Chase were hot together he was always good to her what he did he thought was what would make her happy . I want them back together. Michael needs to save Sasha before she OD's on Cyrus Cocaine .

I want Nelle gone for good. Sick of the Carly going crazy storylines. Carly gets arrested… come on writers. Willow can be Ninas daughter and favor the dad over Nina. Nina did cost Willow her teaching job so drama could be there. I want Willow back with Chase. I wander if Willow could be pregnant by Chase? Then her Wiley obsession could relax. Willow is just too goodie-goodie for me. She is perfect and does no wrong. So want her back with Chase. Nina needs to be pregnant with Jaxs baby. Carly would go crazy, Val would explode, and Nina would be in shock because she was told she could never carry or get pregnant. Why not? Anything can be twisted with good writing.
There’s one thing I don’t understand. If Phyllis was Nina’s nurse back then, why doesn’t she know about twins?
I don’t think they are getting rid of Jax.
I think that Jax’s evil brother Jerry is involved someplace.
