General Hospital Spoilers reveal Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are just weeks away from tying the knot! They’ve had a bumpy road this past year with Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) ups and downs, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) coming back into the family fold, and Curtis’ surprise divorce that wasn’t. Now that everything has fallen into its right place, it’s time to get this party started. There’s only one problem: Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) is going to become acutely aware of a secret Portia is harboring, and she could blow the lid off of their nuptials before Valentine’s Day ever arrives.

General Hospital Spoilers — It All Goes Back To Jordan Ashford 

Last year, Curtis discovered he didn’t have a copy of his divorce papers from his marriage to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), and as it turned out, neither did Jordan. She assumed they may have been misplaced while she was away seeking treatment for her kidney, but the truth was much more surprising. Curtis and Jordan were still married. It was an uncomfortable hiccup but quickly solved as Jordan had her attorney attend to it promptly.

The couple is indeed divorced now. Jordan came to find out it was Stella who stole the divorce papers from Jordan’s mailbox so that they were never filed with the court, and Jordan was courteous enough to cover for Stella instead of ratting her out to her nephew. Jordan knew Stella didn’t need any more discord with Portia, and she didn’t want there to be any turmoil or conflict between Curtis and his aunt. It was easier to be mad at Jordan, and she knew it would be, so she took the hit.

It’s unclear how Stella is going to come into the truth about what Portia is hiding that Curtis might actually be Trina’s biological father, but Stella will certainly demand that Curtis needs to know. Sure, Stella might want to pay Jordan back for bearing that burden for her, but more so, she and Jordan have become quite chummy over the last couple of years. They came a long way from the days of Stella praying Curtis wouldn’t marry Jordan, to Stella praying Curtis would stay married to Jordan, to now Stella praying Curtis won’t marry Portia. She approves of Portia, but when she finds out the truth Portia is keeping from Curtis, it’ll change everything for her. In addition, the secret is going to bond her to Jordan even more. Will Stella find that the best way to reveal this secret is to allow it to come into the light on its own?

If Jordan is responsible for Stella finding out about Portia’s secret, we can surmise that Stella won’t throw Jordan under the bus and admit that’s how she found out. This means she’ll need to be clever and determine another way to pretend she figured it all out. When she starts asking questions about Trina, as well as Curtis’ past with Portia — in particular, the timeline of events, Portia might get curious herself about what Stella is up to and why she’s stirring the pot so close to their wedding day.
