General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, December 4: Nikolas Visits Stunned Ava – Lucas In A Coma – Willow’s Pregnant

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, December 4, tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will get an answer to the big question of whether or not she’s pregnant. As GH viewers know, she just had a long talk with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) about her predicament, and essentially Willow wants to be pregnant, but she’s nervous about the whole situation. She feels like things are just perfect with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) right now, and she doesn’t want to change things for him.

But according to GH spoilers, Willow will indeed find out that she’s pregnant, so the next step will be telling Chase the happy news. Knowing Chase, he’s going to be ecstatic about the whole thing, but tracking him down right now to tell him the news might be a bit tough, since he’s working the car crash case that involved Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes).

Speaking of that car crash, Chase will update Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) on the situation one she arrives at GH. She’ll demand to know what happened, and it looks like she’ll get all the details, including that her brother Lucas is in surgery. Unfortunately, when he comes out of surgery, GH spoilers suggest that he’ll be in a coma and completely unresponsive, which would explain Bobbie Jones (Jacklyn Zeman) in Wednesday’s GH previews telling someone on the phone that they need to get to the hospital now.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome Is Stunned To See Nikolas Cassadine

Other General Hospital spoilers say that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will be completely stunned when Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) comes to visit her at Shadybrook. Ava is shown in Wednesday’s GH previews talking to Nikolas and wondering how he can possibly be there if he’s dead. It looks like Nikolas will come clean with Ava about everything and demand that she make amends for what she did.

Of course, he’s likely referring to her making amends for recanting her statement about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) intentionally killing him. And he’ll probably want her to make amends by forking over the portrait of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers), which contains the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) will.

GH Spoilers – Jasper Jax Accuses Valentin Cassadine

Speaking of Valentin, he’ll get manhandled by Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) who will want to know what he’s done with Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). Of course, GH viewers know that it wasn’t Valentin who forced Hayden out of Port Charles and into hiding – it was Nikolas who tricked Hayden into thinking that Valentin was a threat.

Finally, on Wednesday’s new episode of General Hospital, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will be quite angry, as he yells at someone to tell him what is going on. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will seem quite stunned by Finn’s rage – this could have something to do with Hayden’s exit, or perhaps he’s finally expressing some pent-up frustration toward Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).
