General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, January 23, tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) will have to broach a difficult subject with Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). Her mother, Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) has been stabbed and is in the hospital, and Charlotte will wonder why her mom isn’t coming for her. Will they tell Charlotte what’s really happened to Lulu?
Meanwhile, Maxie West (Kirsten Storms) will spend some time at Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) gravesite. She’s been struggling with whether to move on with Peter August (Wes Ramsey), and she’s concerned that it may be too soon to do so. She’ll talk to Nathan and tell him that there’s something she needs to tell him. Will she decide that the time’s finally right to go on with her life?
Next, on the new GH episode on Wednesday, January 23, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will be very interested to get updates on Kevin Collins’ (Jon Lindstrom) condition. Kevin, who’s really Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), went blind after he attacked Lulu. Finn and Anna will wonder whether “Kevin” has the same virus as Anna, and Finn will ask Anna just how well she knows Kevin.
Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will check in with Laura Webber (Genie Francis) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) as Lulu’s in surgery. She may have some updates on the investigation…that is, if the police are going to release the information about the bloody shoe print found at the scene of the crime. Laura will be beside herself with worry, and she’ll tell Jordan that it’s important that she find the man who stabbed Lulu.
TOMORROW: @Bri_Nic_Henry & @donnellturner1 are answering your questions LIVE on Facebook! Ask them in the comments below and we might read them on-air. It all starts at 1:30PM ET | 10:30AM PT. Don’t miss out! #GH55 pic.twitter.com/6aFJ5U5QoI

Meanwhile, a blind Ryan will want constant updates on Lulu’s condition from Ava Jerome (Maura West). Ryan will probably be feeling helpless, and he knows that his only real hope of remaining a free man is for Lulu to die. It looks like he may jump the gun during one of Ava’s updates and happily assume that Lulu didn’t make it through surgery.
Finally, on Wednesday, January 23, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will survive his fall off of the ladder, but he’ll fall through some rotting wood directly into the catacombs. Sam will worry that Jason’s hurt badly, and she’ll hop on the phone to summon help while Jason yells for assistance.

Who cares about Jason he could die and I will miss him Hope Lulu makes it Love Sonny and Laura together they have a very special bond Carly and Jason could leave town I would miss some We could love back in the afternoon instead of the walking dead
I agree and then we wouldn’t have to listen to all hypocrisy as if Sonny and Jason are God. It’s funny they treat Julian like trash but Sonny killed AJ. Jason is a hired gun for kill yet has the audacity to get in someone’s face about it.
I do agree with you about Sonny, Jason, Sam and Carly.
Sam and Jason have become the top two disposable characters. I scan through every scene they are in. I do not care if they get together or not. Even Drew aS more interesting when they are not around. Liz and Franco , Maxie and Peter and Anna and Finn are the top couples in my opinion.
