Coming Up On General Hospital

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) makes a shocking move, John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) stages a confrontation, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) makes a prison visit.

Anna’s Dogged Investigation

First, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) continues her dogged investigation into Pikeman Security Group as she lays her hand on a box of files on her desk.

The box is marked “Brennan” and she’s talking to someone about the Pikeman investigation-she talks about Jack Brennan, (Charles Mesure) who’s currently incarcerated.

Anna says if she plays it right, he could lead us to whoever is in charge of Pikeman-a shot of a smiling Brennan in Pentonville is shown.

Little does she know for sure, although she certainly suspects, her ex-lover Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has taken over for Brennan as the head of Pikeman.

What she does know is Valentin is much more involved in it than she previously thought!

Dante’s Shocking Move

Dante makes a shocking move that no one expected-he puts his police badge along with a letter on Anna’s desk, and tells her this is his resignation.

Anna looks shocked, and she should-Dante gave no clues that he was thinking of leaving the Port Charles Police Department where he had been a top detective for years.

True, he nearly died when Hamish, (Chris Gann) a Pikeman sniper shot him as he confronted Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) on the docks.

But Dante’s been through rough situations before, and always bounced back-what’s different about this time?

John Jagger’s Confrontation

Meanwhile, in Jason’s office in the Corinthos Coffee warehouse, John (Jagger) confronts Jason, saying they need to talk about Pikeman.

After the shooting on the docks, Jason was exposed as a FBI operative infiltrating Pikeman-and Jagger tasked him with becoming bait to draw Pikeman out.

Even though Hamish obviously made him, and his cover was blown then, they have to consider others know or suspect.

Being bait to draw Pikeman out means Jason and everyone around him is in constant danger. That’s not a good thing and Jason’s loved ones shouldn’t have to avoid him because of it.

Carly’s Prison Visit

Carly will eavesdrop on John this week, and it may well be at the Corinthos Coffee warehouse listening to him confront Jason.

Carly winds up paying Brennan a visit in Pentonville, and he comes out smiling charmingly, saying “Well, well, well.”

Carly’s obviously taking advantage of the charming yet duplicitous Aussie’s attraction to her, which was obvious during his visits to Bobbie’s.

Is she trying to help Jason, or Anna, or perhaps even help Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) who Pikeman has been after to assassinate?
