General Hospital’s Nelle claims to love her son and wants sole custody of him. Nelle has married Julian Jerome (William DeVry) to try and help her chances for sole custody. However, Julian has a criminal past as well. Unfortunately, so does Wiley’s father Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Wiley’s grandfather is an alleged mob boss. Is it possible that Nelle could get sole custody of Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Theo and Erik Olsen)? Could Nelle and Julian’s pasts appear better to the judge than Michael?

GH Spoilers – Does Nelle Benson Deserve Joint Custody?

General Hospital’s Nelle didn’t want her son. Nelle gave Wiley away to keep Michael and his family from having contact with him. Nelle denies everything she did to keep her son from his family. Nelle had no contact with her son herself either. However, Michael was Wiley’s godfather and has bonded with him. Wiley has never known his mother through her choices.

Should Nelle get away with lying and giving Wiley away? Should the fact that Nelle gave her child to someone else to raise be enough to keep her out of his life? Should Nelle be giving the chance to be a mother to her son?

General Hospital’s Nelle has already proven that she doesn’t care about her son. Nelle refused to sign papers for Wiley to have the necessary surgery. Nelle has already vowed not to allow the second surgery that should follow. Nelle had no contact with her son. Nelle has already stated that she has to beat Michael in court. Nelle clearly has no feelings for her son at all.

Nelle has used this baby as a weapon since the beginning. Should the judge end this now and save Wiley from any more abuse at the hands of his mother? Should the judge protect Wiley and keep him from being used as a weapon?
