General Hosptial Spoilers: Brad’s Terrible Choice – Baby Swap Reveal Coming

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that with Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) probation hearing rapidly approaching, tensions are running high. While it seems preposterous that Nelle is even up for an early parole, let alone go free, but with the help of her new lawyer, Martin Grey (Michael E Knight), she might actually have a chance. But a high powered attorney can’t work magic just by being there. Nelle is going to need character references and so she has turned to the one person who won’t be able to say no.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brad Cooper is Nelle Benson’s only friend

Brad Cooper (Perry Shen) went to visit Nelle in Pentonville, or more accurately, she summoned him. Aside from telling Brad who could and couldn’t hold baby Wiley, Nelle basically insisted that Brad write a letter about Nelle’s good character. And while Brad isn’t exactly the best person to get a character reference from, Nelle will have to take what she can get. And Brad isn’t in any position to say no to her, because if she reveals the truth about the baby swap, Brad and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) will likely lose Wiley to his real father, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

GH Spoilers – But if Nelle Benson goes free…

But if Nelle does go free, there is nothing to stop her from trying to take Wiley back anyway. She might try to kidnap the boy, but it’s just as likely that once she is free, she will simply tell Michael the truth anyway. Either choice Brad makes about helping Nelle will likely have the same outcome anyway. Brad even asked her about what would happen to Wiley if Nelle is free. Nelle basically ended the conversation at that point and asked the guard to take her back to her cell.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brad Cooper needs to come clean

At this point, Brad needs to just come clean with everyone. The charade is almost up and if Nelle is released, any harm that she does is partially on his head. He is going to lose Lucas and Wiley anyway and may even end up in prison himself. Brad did this to himself, so it’s hard to feel sorry for him, but if continues to let Nelle manipulate him, it only going to get worse. It would be much better for Brad if he comes clean himself, because if Nelle or someone else does it, it’s going to get so much worse for him.
